It's a food truck and typically you'd go and grab your food and leave. However, there were chairs out there. I would use some of those generated revenues for more tables.

The food is good, but could be better. The service wasn't the fastest but they were short staff. All in all i enjoyed my experience. If they're ever in the northern virginia area. I could see myself stopping by again!

My favorite taco spot in the state of Maryland and it’s on 4 wheels. The food is amazing, the prices are great.. exactly what this economy needs lol.

Delicious 😋 the birria consume was plentiful for dipping lengua tacos also. I like how they have picnic tables by the truck. Makes this place a decent dog-friendly stop. Would like to try their other menu options in the future. The tacos are great!

Do not go here! They are rude and act annoyed at questions about their menu. They come cross upset that the customer speaks English and not their language. The young lady kept hissing and sighing as if her time was being wasted at any questions asked. I did not purchase anything! I left and took my business and money elsewhere. Horrific service

I love the shrimp and steak tacos and quesadilla from this food truck. I've had better barria but theirs is not bad. The customer service is not good but not horrible, just a little cold and short most times. I have been about 3 times and have never been greeted..not even a hello or thank you. If you care about customer service you should be prepared before you come.

This soup good af. Ordered Tripe Soup mostly (foot) bones. 2 small tripe pieces. …., This usually bothers me anywhere else but clearly it just wasn’t made right before. This soup is so seasoned…. 😋

I treated my husband to Guardado’s for his bday because he loves tacos. This was our first time visiting and we are so glad we decided to. Everything was delicious! We ordered all tacos: lengua, al pastor, shrimp, birria, and chicken. We also ordered a chicken burrito. I have zero notes. Zero complaints. The customer service was great too. The young lady told me the wait would be about 25mins and she was right on point. These ladies can cook ! Please visit.

The Birria Tacos are top tier!!! I go here at least twice a week now just for the tacos! It is a food truck, but they do have tables outside for you to sit and eat if you choose!

I passed this food truck almost every day and finally decided to give it a try. OMG!!! I'm mad I waited so long. Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS. We ordered the birria tacos, shrimp tacos, pupusas and the steak & cheese. Everything was so good. The dipping sauces were GREAT. and the customer service was top notch. The lady that took our order was nice and patient as she explained all of the menu items. Guardados Kitchen will DEFINITLEY be added to my regular rotation of places to eat.
