Soulwok's food is delicious and they have great customer service. I understand there's a good lunch special too. I particularly enjoyed the cream cheese wonton, Singapore noodles, the wingettes, and fried rice. Nice portions as well. Yup, I plan on going again soon.

We had lunch here because we saw an Instagram post about it being delicious. This place deserves 5 stars. From the amazing service to the delicious and fresh food, we had an awesome experience. Portions are huge, too!! We will definitely be back!

Very impressive first visit! My husband and I ate lunch here today & everything was delicious! We ordered Shrimp Fried Rice, Shrimp Egg Roll & Dragon Phoenix. The portions were very generous & the service (Ms. Karen) was great! Ms. Karen was very friendly/down to earth. We'll definitely be returning. We highly recommend Soulwok!

The best lomein ever, the steak & cheese egg roll the bomb, tso chicken wings were delicious 😋, the mixed tea goofed. I will visit again. The tray of donuts delicious prior to ordering

I have been wanting to try this place since I've seen the videos on social media raving about the food. The day I decided to Uber (Eats) some food from Soul Wok I began to become highly disappointed. 1. the options for what I could order was extremely limited (something that I could get at any carryout- only a couple of options versus what i seen on the original menu for the establishment) 2. The price of the food, in my opinion, was not worth the quality i received at delivery (bland with no excitement). I ordered Singapore Noodle (which is supposed to be spicy based on the menu but seemed to not have a lick of spice on it.) I even put instructions for the preparation of my food that clearly were not followed. 3. The monster shrimp egg roll was majority cabbage with like 2 shrimp (was the cook mad this day or what)-eggroll overrated.

What was supposed to be a nice dinner for two chilling in the house turned into a person spending close to $100 to be disappointed. I refused to eat the rest...smh. I've definitely had better for less.

I finally got a chance to check out Soul Wok in District Heights. I had to see what all the hype was about, especially with so many people raving on social media. My mom lives nearby, so we decided to stop in for lunch today, and I'm so glad we did!
From the moment we walked in, the vibe was just right - clean & welcoming.

Our waitress, Kym, was so attentive and genuinely kind. She even brought out warm sanitizing cloths on a plate, such a classy and thoughtful touch that I wasn't expecting.

Now to the food... I honestly couldn't decide on just one thing (everything sounded so good), so l ordered a little bit of everything:

📌 Virgin Mojito: Super refreshing, not too sweet, and the perfect way to start the meal.
📌 Monster Steak and Cheese Egg Roll: OH MY GOODNESS, delicious doesn't even begin to describe it. The name truly speaks for itself... it's BIG and packed with flavor.
- I wanted to try the Monster Shrimp Egg Roll, but unfortunately, they were sold out while I was there. No complaints, though that just gives me a perfect excuse to come back very soon! 🤭
📌 Soul Wings - Perfectly crispy and seasoned just right, fried exactly how I like them.
📌 Entree: Beef, Shrimp & Broccoli with Fried Rice -
Everything was cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and super satisfying. I loved every bite.

All in all, this place really lives up to the hype. Great food, great service, great vibes. I'll definitely be back soon

Review for SOUL – WOK (District Heights)
SOUL – WOK is truly a gem in District Heights! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the vibe of the place it was warm, inviting, and full of love. The staff greeted everyone who came through the door, and since I was seated near the entrance, I got to witness all the little moments: the smiles, the short conversations, the genuine attention and care shown to each customer. That alone set the tone for a beautiful experience.
The menu? Let me tell you, I went through it at least 50 times because everything sounded amazing. But nothing could have prepared me for when my food actually came out it was even better than I imagined! My entrées arrived hot and fresh, my fried food was perfectly crispy, and every bite was seasoned with flavor. The wings? A solid 10/10. The spring rolls? Another 10/10. I also had the orange chicken and dragon chicken with shrimp and broccoli, and what stole my heart was the fresh orange slices garnishing the plate they weren’t just for looks, they tasted incredible. And that sauce… I don’t know what magic they put into it, but it was perfection.
But what really touched me most came at the very end. When I was checking out, my server handed me something (I won’t spoil the surprise for new guests), and it moved me so deeply that I actually broke down in tears. It was exactly what I needed, at the exact moment I needed it, and I cannot express how much that small but powerful gesture meant to me.
Another thing that stood out was how every single staff member acknowledged me in some way. Whether I was sitting or standing, each person spoke to me, which made me feel not just like a customer, but like family. I even met the owners that day, which is rare and it showed me that they are genuinely invested in their vision, their guests, and their community. You can see and feel the love they pour into every detail of the dining experience.
Between the food, the service, and the atmosphere, SOUL – WOK delivers 1000% comfort and care. They filled my stomach, warmed my heart, and gave me a memory I’ll never forget. I’m already planning to go back tomorrow because there are two more dishes I regret not ordering the first time!
If you haven’t been yet go. Love on them, because they will absolutely love on you. District Heights needed a place like this, and I am so thankful they’ve brought their kindness, their food, and their heart to the community.

The food is prepared well and is tasty. The greeter was extremely helpful during my visit and assisted me exceptionally. The only criticisms have are that there is not enough seating space in the actual restaurant, no cocktail options and there were too many service staff congregating at the entrance.

Drove a hour to get here. No one answered the phone prior to me leaving my house. Really wanted to try the steak and cheese eggrolls which is why we took the drive just for them to be sold out at 2pm on a Thursday!!! Highly upset because I waste gas and even more upset because the phone (2 of them) was literally right next to the cashier and he wasn’t answering calls so this whole trip could’ve been avoided!!!
