I’ve been buying subs at this place for months and i never feel the way i felt tonight… the service was horrible all the staff are very young people with no kind of leadership skill and it shows they have very bad attitude and it make the whole experience terrible. I will never return to the this location again and i will tell my family/friends to do the same.. i will only go to the VA locations because they give better customer service.

I placed a large order for my daughter’s high school volleyball team and needed to make several last minute modifications on the day the order was to be picked up. I called in and spoke with Lucky and the manager Olman. They both were extremely professional, pleasant, and assured me that the order would be filled correctly. They walked me through the process of changing the order and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was correct and my questions were answered. From start to finish the experience was 10 out of 10 - from ordering online, to making order modifications, to picking up the order (shout out to Alec for helping take orders to the car) - I couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. And best of all the girls were happy with their meals! I can’t say enough how fantastic this experience was and how grateful I am to Olman and team for coming through for us. We will certainly be back!

This is only Jersey Mike's I go because of service. But this one young lady they just hired about 3 months ago no smile rushes and try to put less meat on ur sandwich if them long eyelashes weren't there maybe she can see do better now im going to another Mike's. I always spend over 60 bucks for my family

By far the worst location I’ve ever been to!!! Wayyyyy too many immature young adults working there! I ordered the tuna sub through the app for delivery (May 22, 2025 around 7:20pm) because I had a long day at work. When I received my sub there was barely any tuna on it, I mean it was spread thin like mayo. I had to drive there (around to get it remade just for the young lady claiming to be a manager to laugh, joke, and play with a staff member while remaking the sandwich the exact way the caused me to need it remade. I was going to say something but I knew based off the maturity level of the staff it wouldn’t go well!! Photos won’t lie!

Love this place. They are consistent with a quality product/grinder. I love the new Portobello sandwich!

Second time ordering from this place for a small group at work...atleast half the folks sandwich is Always incorrect. Do not...I repeat...DO NOT order pick up or delivery from this place because your order will be wrong 99% of the time

I had the standard cheese steak. I got the large, and was advised to add additional meat( extra $6), it was not worth it. If that was extra meat, I'm guessing the regular amount of meat must be for children, as I am a full grown man, and that would not be nearly enough for me. Although it was prepared for me fresh and on the spot it didn't taste great. It was over priced and underachieved. I miss Jerry's Subs and Pizza.
