I have been going to this location since it's opening and always received exceptional service. Tonight was a little extra. Tbe staff working this evening followed protocols, gave great customer service, and worked in unison. They paid attention to detail and food safety regulations. Kudos to them

I ordered the big kahuna cheese steak. It took forever for it and my order was still wrong. It barely had any of the ingredients ie. Steak as the main ingredient, Jalapeño, onions and etc. Also, it was not on the bread that I requested.

They finished the sub and wrap it up. I asked about the toppings. They said I needed to tell them when I ordered. I ordered 2 subs and was told the toppings were over there in the next station.

The person that took my order loudly stated "Oh it's her first time and tried to embrass me when I asked about the toppings" (at this location yes, Jersey Mikes no, other locations grill the food then bring it over to the other station and put any additional toppings, then close the sub).

They opened the sub back up. Added the requested lettuce and tomatoes. I was told that the other items on the cold topping section were "already cooked on the grill and in the sub". So, there was not need to add more toppings. When I got home and tried the sub, it was underwhelming and quite frankly not good. It was not bursting in favor. Barely, anything was added to that sub on the grill. I could not taste the spice from the jalapeños or the onions and green peppers. I also added bacon to add some crispiness to my sandwich. I thought that it would have been added at the cold bar. It wasn't. So, it was soggy bacon on my greasy tasteless steak and cheese sandwich.

I get nothing but the best experience coming to this location of Jersey Mikes. I ordered a mini tuna sandwich and it was the best all around sub to me. I cant thank enough for the young ladies including Aria who go out of their way to assist customers like me coming in for a quick bite. Thank you

My son and I walked in at approx 8:45 pm. We stood and waited to be served for 10 min (no line) they asked what would we like to order. I ordered at got sub but was told the grill is closed. I am baffled seeing as though I had been inside, waited, and they were still open. About 3 people behind me walked out as well after being told this. The staff closes before they are closed. Very disappointed in them. Please have a manger correct this !!
