I ordered a platter with whiting and shrimp. The whiting had no flavor the shrimp taste was not good. In addition, my fiancé wanted a rib sandwich. All he received was a box full of ribs. This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed with their food. It was a waste of money. They give you a lot of food. I’m not taking another bite. The ribs taste old.

Imagine opening up your tray to some boxed macaroni and cheese! They need the ass kicked! The yams had no flavor! The fish was the only good thing! I will never eat at this location ever again!!!

Laurel and Queens Chapel/Hyattsville are better locations. Their mac is real, not kraft. Never in my life seen orange mac n cheese til now. With what I paid, I'm insulted. Never again!

Although this location is take out only, it's still a pleasant visit. I utilities location because they sell Porgy. Food is always tasty and fresh.

Parking: Maybe 8 to 15 spots. Handicapped spaces available.

The building is a little outdated but a lot of their food is flavorful with huge portions! So I’m a forever customer. Especially being in District Heights and you’re not walking through beggars or “youngins” hanging outside of the store.

Today I had the 3 piece smothered pork-chop dinner w/ greens and yams ($21.99). This was my first time trying the smothered pork-chops, they were “ok”, sauced with gravy on the outside but a little dry (to my liking) on the inside. Greens were good, I always add extra vinegar and hot sauce. Yams are tasty.

I ate everything, so it wasn’t bad at all.

Peach cobbler was delicious (large $8.99)

Food is horrible, the elderly people love it. The recipe must be different at the locations, I LOVE THE ONE IN LAUREL!

You have a large selection of cooked food and seafood to choose from. The sweets are good too.

The food is good, I call special for you get a quantity of food where you don't need to ask for more. Reasonable prices I say.

Vegetarian options: Cabbage, and collard greens, with broccoli is delicious.

Parking: Lots of space available
