Food here is pretty good, sometimes you have to wait and request hot food. It can be fairly crowded on peak hours but the line moves fairly quickly.

Horrible service.
Cashier looked bored and had no customer service some light browns skin tall skinny dude.
I had to ask him could I get some help he was just looking around lost.
Also was told via email when I requested refund for missing items and wrong food on August 3rd.
They told me to wait until august 22nd for a refund which is 19 days and if I don’t hear back from them they will expedite the service.
Also told me that since I emailed them twice they will restart my refund process all over that’s why it will take this long 🤣🤣🤣

I walked into the restaurant and the worker that was in the lobby cleaning up came from the lobby with a personal cup in her hand and tried to serve me without washing by her hands and with no gloves on… none of the workers had on gloves behind the counter. SMH

This was my first time coming to this panda location and I have to say I’m impressed. The worker JT definitely succeeded in service. He was quick and had a great attitude which made me feel welcomed to the establishment. Keep up the good work the orange chicken is the best !

We had to wait a bit when we got there because the young lady behind the counter was on her phone. Not to mention that it was freezing inside the restaurant. Other than that, the food was good and hot.

My food smells like tobacco. Not sure why noodles would have a tobacco smell. I do not smoke so I can tell when someone is smoking, but this definitely smelled like the noodles I ordered had a cigarette or cigar flavor. This was Memorial day. Not the first bad experience from this place. My first was receiving a Bai drink that was open and leaked until I got home. Not sure if this spot needs a focus of who cooks the food and manages the drinks, but it is weird for both situations. Please try to do better. When they have a certain person in the building I have no problems, but when she is absent it seems it is a what ever goes situation! Do better!

I ordered Teriyaki Chicken through Uber Eats, only to receive plain grilled chicken—with no Teriyaki in sight.

I genuinely don’t understand how these mistakes keep happening. Are there no quality checks, retraining efforts, or accountability measures in place when orders are repeatedly botched? How do workers who consistently make these errors still keep their jobs?
