Customer service is terrible. They move slow. I went tonight the cashier took a customer before me, then bagged a door dash order. Then the customer before me asked for napkins. The cashier goes to restock napkins all the while I’m waiting to pay for my food and leave. Then when she finally came to ring me out she was very rude she gave me my food with no bag when I asked for one after realizing I wasn’t given one she said 10 cents! I told her I wish she would’ve asked if I wanted a bag so I could’ve paid for it all together, she then put the bag on the counter not in my hand! my child’s kids meal was missing the fruit.

I will never order from this location again. Placed an order on the website, viewed the order tracker, claimed it was delivered but never was. I sat outside for almost an hour waiting for my delivery. Called the store who then claimed my order was getting ready to be delivered. Another hour goes by, placed 3 calls to the store, never received the order and no refund. Never again.

I was told by several friends that Panda Express is skimpy on their food portions. I visited a couple
to compare. Unfortunately my buddies were right! The the food in the pictures here are very deceiving. I had to ask for extra portions of my meal! The workers don't give a good impression. They seem very unhappy being there and it shows! Word to the "higher ups"with respect. The taste is still amazing though. If you are hungry you might want to find somewhere else to eat until Panda Express increases their portions. Big appetites will have to buy more portions of their meals!

I ordered from this location through Uber Eats. So disappointing. The chow main noodle was under cooked. No flavor no color. Cabbage raw. The teriyaki chicken was just OK. Not enough teriyaki flavor. I've eaten at a ton of Panda's across this country and the food is very consistent. This location needs retraining on cooking the menu items.

I ordered the honey prawns and only got maybe 4 or 5. Maybe. I had an entire plate. There was maybe 6 tiny pieces of chicken. Everything tasted dry and old like it had been sitting out for 2 days. If the food was left out,it wouldn't surprise me in the least. This area is awful. The female cashiers are always nasty so I come to expect that. I always go to a different Panda express. Maybe the portions elsewhere won't be an unfunny joke

I went to this location after many years of not having Panda Express and I am highly disappointed. I went around 8 pm last night 3/3/2024 I ordered the lomein, beef and broccoli, and teriyaki chicken. After finishing my meal about 20 mins later I had sharp pains and needed to immediately used the bathroom. I’ve never experienced a pain like this and am completely afraid to ever eat from Panda Express again.

Went in about an hour before closing they told me most of the proteins were gone which is understandable, what I don’t understand is why the person in line was rude and had an attitude as soon as she saw us walk into the door. I said hi to her like a normal person would and she just stared at me nodding her head. It kind of felt like I was bothering her. Food overall was good and the cashier with blue hair was very polite can’t say the same about the girl in line. Very upsetting.

Called and ask for the manager I got lied too saying that they left for the night and only the associates was running the store. Being and Manager myself that is unacceptable and poor customer service. You’ll never suppose to leave your staff by themselves no matter what.Tell your staff to own up to the mistakes they make and stop lying.
