Just left this place and I just want to point out that in any food service chain that's still going is so unacceptable.. The lady that prepares the food named Amy is so rude and needs classes on being able to explain reasons on why the food looks the way it looks.. I asked her politely as I can as to why the cheese wontons and the springs rools look like they were there since opening and she gave me a reason because the grease. I told her that y'all may need to change the grease and she walked away with angry and irritated look. A manager was there but I don't remember his name and he did the same thing .. I also thought a corporate person was there but he remained with his back turned to the situation that was happening. I would say that the cashier was very understanding and pleasant to my needs and my issues with the presentation of the food .. I really recommend that y'all look into these matters and also the more pleasant ppl that work at this location.

Food here is pretty good, sometimes you have to wait and request hot food. It can be fairly crowded on peak hours but the line moves fairly quickly.

Horrible service.
Cashier looked bored and had no customer service some light browns skin tall skinny dude.
I had to ask him could I get some help he was just looking around lost.
Also was told via email when I requested refund for missing items and wrong food on August 3rd.
They told me to wait until august 22nd for a refund which is 19 days and if I don’t hear back from them they will expedite the service.
Also told me that since I emailed them twice they will restart my refund process all over that’s why it will take this long 🤣🤣🤣

I walked into the restaurant and the worker that was in the lobby cleaning up came from the lobby with a personal cup in her hand and tried to serve me without washing by her hands and with no gloves on… none of the workers had on gloves behind the counter. SMH

Don't double park or security will walk up and take a picture of your tags while you're sitting in the car

I don’t know what happened today July 6th but whoever in yall kitchen get em out. I found a piece of metal in my orange chicken and yall needa be evaluated. 0 stars across the board.

This was my first time coming to this panda location and I have to say I’m impressed. The worker JT definitely succeeded in service. He was quick and had a great attitude which made me feel welcomed to the establishment. Keep up the good work the orange chicken is the best !

We had to wait a bit when we got there because the young lady behind the counter was on her phone. Not to mention that it was freezing inside the restaurant. Other than that, the food was good and hot.
