My delivery person sat in front of my driveway for minutes before contacting me that he was here via text. I know because I saw his car from my house camera. I said why didn’t you come to the door? He said because the light was off and he couldn’t see. I advised him to call next time. What a pathetic excuse. He couldn’t see my house number but was confident enough to park in front my driveway for as long as he did. Been a customer for years and whether the lights are on or off deliveries end up at my door. This guy rather sit in the car. Why am I even tipping at this point for bad service? The ones that actually do their job suffer the consequences.

This pizza use to be so good, but now, it’s off, I tried it twice and it tastes like it’s been cooked in old oil. It’s really nasty. Please go bk to your normal way of cooking it.

I got the grilled chicken sub and the chicken was annihilated it was hard as rocks I am so disappointed paid $10 for a sandwich that was inedible. The only way to stop businesses from selling bad food is to not patronize them at all this is my last trip to the store I hope it's yours

I ordered from here last night 06/19/2025 I ordered a cheese pizza with a root beer. I was given a dried out pepperoni pizza with a starry soda, I'm Muslim I don't eat pork the disrespect was inexcusable I will no longer order from here.

Usually order from here often something quick to feed my employees and they like it but they are very rude and got attitude especially the guy answering the phone called to order and he kept screaming on the phone never again

The actual prices are $2-3 dollars more than the menu and the counter person did not say anything until I questioned why the total didn’t add up.
I believe I have just witnessed demographic segmentation. As a customer of Pizza Boil in NW DC & NE DC, the flat wings were HUGE. I ordered flat wings today from District Heights MD and the wings were very disappointingly SMALL! Needless to say, I will be patronizing Pizza Bole NW & NE. This has been an unbelievable experience!

I’m very disappointed In the last 2 orders I placed here. I recently moved here and was excited to see a pizza bolis in my neighborhood. I don’t eat pork and love that pizza bolis gives me an opportunity to have so many options. I order a pizza to be delivered a few days ago and the pizza was 100% inedible the pizza was missing the marinara sauce and was cheese and pepperoni was sliding off the dough and soppy thrown on the pizza ( I should have taken a picture) then today I order mozzarella sticks which were so hard and stiff you couldn’t eat it. The steak and cheese was not packaged correctly normally when I have ordered from other pizza bolis in the past ( 15 year customer) when you order a sub it’s rolled up in a paper plate the paper. This one wraps the sub only in paper which causes the bread to be extremely soggy and the sub falls apart. Within the last week I wasted $60 in cash! I don’t plan on ordering from this pizza bolis again!
