I ordered the “game day special” a 2 topping pizza, 9 jumbo chicken wings and a 2 LT soda. I even wrote special instructions to run the chicken wings through the oven twice. My pizza was fine and drink. However when I opened the chicken wings it wasn’t chicken wings. Some burnt fried chicken pieces (see picture below) When I called the store to get my money back someone name John answered and said he couldn’t do anything because he can’t pull up transactions from the day before. I thought that was weird because I can access all past transactions from 2019 when I first tried them. John stated that Nacir the manager would contact me. That was Monday, February 16. I was also told I had to wait over 5 hours for a refund. I called the number online that says is their corporate office. However the guy Jay answered the phone as if he was sleep. Just like John provided my information did not receive a confirmation code. And now I’m going to contact my bank and stop this transaction. These guys are crooks and must’ve been high making the food. I would suggest if you want to continue to eat from them take your chances but if I pay for something I want what I pay for and not what you all want me to have. I am also reporting them to the BBB. People like this takes advantage of people and then want to scream unfair when their expose. They have shown my money will not be refunded unless I take actions into my own hands.

Pizza was good Greek salad was not. It came with iceberg lettuce that was old. It had baby carrots in it that were old and a bunch of cheese

I just received the worst pizza that I’ve ever ordered. The pizza not only arrived cold but barely had any meat (I ordered ground beef), barely any onions and packed with jalapeños. The pizza wasn’t even edible. In addition, when I called the location to explain what happened, I was rudely hung up on. My second time calling I was able to reach someone, however there was zero accountability and I was instructed to contact Uber Eats to resolve the situation. My biggest issue besides receiving horrible food, it was the lack of accountability and professionalism.

My delivery person sat in front of my driveway for minutes before contacting me that he was here via text. I know because I saw his car from my house camera. I said why didn’t you come to the door? He said because the light was off and he couldn’t see. I advised him to call next time. What a pathetic excuse. He couldn’t see my house number but was confident enough to park in front my driveway for as long as he did. Been a customer for years and whether the lights are on or off deliveries end up at my door. This guy rather sit in the car. Why am I even tipping at this point for bad service? The ones that actually do their job suffer the consequences.

This pizza use to be so good, but now, it’s off, I tried it twice and it tastes like it’s been cooked in old oil. It’s really nasty. Please go bk to your normal way of cooking it.
I got the grilled chicken sub and the chicken was annihilated it was hard as rocks I am so disappointed paid $10 for a sandwich that was inedible. The only way to stop businesses from selling bad food is to not patronize them at all this is my last trip to the store I hope it's yours

I ordered from here last night 06/19/2025 I ordered a cheese pizza with a root beer. I was given a dried out pepperoni pizza with a starry soda, I'm Muslim I don't eat pork the disrespect was inexcusable I will no longer order from here.
