It was late and I was craving spaghetti . I just finished grocery shopping and was extremely hungry . I don't cook after I grocery shop I wasn't too sure how Pizza Boli's spaghetti but I decided to give a try anyway . I was pleasantly surprised . It is really good and exactly what I ordered; spaghetti with extra sauce . When I picked my order, I was surprised when I open the lid . On top, was s later of baked cheese and as I stuck my fork inside, there it was... the pasta, meat balls, and extra sauce . I are on the spaghetti for two days . Besides that, on that particular night, the customer service was great and hospital . Both cashier and manager made sure that I had everything I needed with Parmesan cheese and a 20oz lemonade . Pretty good !

This is the worst pizza store I have ever been to in my entire 65 years of living. The cashier called the police on me because I was told by the manager that if I use my debit card I would not be charged the dollar fee. Well she said she was going to charge me anyway. The worst service in my life. The Hispanic woman was very nasty to me and I want everyone to know just how unprofessional they are. Please fellow neighbors don't go there for anything. That community shopping center is off the chain.???? I give them no stars.

I placed an order through a food app but when I arrived I was told the app was down and they never got my order. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to pick my pizza up. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush. The young lady at the register was very helpful and apologetic.

The pizza was decent, but it was just missing something, maybe a bit more salt and oregano?! My guess is your tomato sauce doesn't have enough spices in it.The ? fries were horrific. You guys straight up gave me burnt oil smelly fries from the bottom of your fryer! You can't do that... that's not nice!

So no. We are not ordering from the pizza bolis in district heights ever again. I ordered a pizza. Went to pick it up. As I'm waiting I clearly see one of their guys picking through chicken wings to put them in the oil with his bare fucking hands. And the tongs were right there!!! I immediately asked for a refund. The manager blew my mind. Said "he's not the pizza maker. That's on the other side!" He actually tried to talk me into taking my pizza still. Then tried to say even if they don't wear gloves they can use the tongs. He clearly wasnt understanding me when I said I stood there watching him go through the chicken with his bare hands. Then the cashier tried to chime in saying they make everyone wash their hands. If they are not appalled or surprised by his cooking habits then they must be like that all the time. Just nasty. The manger finally begrudgingly voided my transaction. Serves me right for tryna now my diet tonight
Ordered a pizza via phone, picked it up, (extra large), ate it, it sucked. Hours later, I felt horrible. The next day I had one slice leftover and immediately, yuk! Hours late really sick, sweats, achy body, headache, and later that night, vomiting!!!! I threw all of the leftover pizza into the trash. There was no red sauce on the pizza. I think something might have been wrong with the mushrooms on my pizza! Not going to buy anymore pizza from them. Yuk!

Online ordering was super easy. Pizza was meh, may try a different topping next time if I order again. Wings (Asian Zing) were good but VERY small. Delivery driver called and kept saying the business name only but nothing else. So I guessed in asking "Are you saying you're here?" Told me to sign the receipt, which i did, but then looked at it, put it back on the box, and mumbled something while turning away.

Order 2 large pizza 10 wings and a big Pepsi...over an hour and a half later no food...when I call they say the driver is new and he on his way...half hour later the driver showed up with cold food, no Pepsi and still charge me $60 dollars and was suppose to bring my soda back and never did....poor customer service...

I usually go to this pizza bolis because it is my neighborhood pizza bolis however every other time I order they get it wrong. The pizza is always fresh and good. It's when I order other items that they get it wrong. The people who answer the phone do not listen and are very rude. They will put you on hold then hang up the phone most time. IF you decide to order here I recommend you go in and order and check your food before you leave their store.
