Came to this subway to purchase three sandwiches, the man who was making my sandwiches had a nasty attitude from the start. When 2 other customers walked in him and the other male employee started talking in their language and laughing at them. When he got to my sandwiches he didn’t put enough tomatoes on two of the sandwiches so I asked for more, he put extra on one but the other one he only put two tomatoes . I asked for three more and he said “I charge you $2 extra for extra tomatoes”, he wanted to overcharge me for three extra tomatoes. I told him that it’s not extra for vegetables, then he started pointing up at the board above and that it was stated above when it isn’t and never has been. I turned around and started walking out and he started screaming “don’t come back to this store.”. These foreign men have NO RESPECT FOR WOMEN!!! I will NEVER spend my money here again. I will not spend my money at a place that does not respect me as a customer.

When fixing an order, these jokers will stop and converse in their language until they are interrupted. They are in nobody's hurry until it's time to pay and they expect you to tip them.

The worst EVER ! The lady a guy were so rude they cut the lights out while I was trying to order , it says they close at 10 pm they shut the store down at 9:46pm

I didn’t appreciate one of the employees here begging for tips! I told him no! I have no idea why he expected a tip! This isn’t a full-service restaurant! Furthermore, after I paid my son wanted a soda which came up to $2.85. He paid with a $5.00. The man put the change in the tip jar! My son is autistic and doesn’t fully grasp money yet. I took the money back. Beware of an employee here that begs for tips and takes advantage of persons with disabilities!

This location has the WORST customer service ever! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced customer service like this anywhere. I couldn’t rate the food because I walked out. I will never give my money to an establishment that is so disrespectful to its customers. The employees were arguing among themselves the entire time I was there. So much so I had to repeat my order 4 times. I felt like me being there to order food was an imposition to them. And I couldn’t see how they were making my sandwich behind the metal blocker. I will NEVER return here

Sometimes these guys can make a messy sandwich you have to stay on top of them as they make you a sandwich cuz they just give us any old thing.

I placed my order through the app and when I got to the store it wasn't ready and they didn't want to place my order, in addition to the horrible attitude with which they serve people And it's not the first time this has happened to me in this restaurant.

Teach people that when working with the public, they must have a good attitude and that if they are ordering through the application and the order is not ready, do not tell them that it is ready.

Everything was bad! I passed a customer on my way into Subway and she informed me that I should turn around. Prior to this exchange I was in the Drive-Thru, I waited a few minutes I drove through the drive-thru lane and there were boxes piled up in front of the window and that's how I ended up going into the store. There's no sign that says order here and because of that there was a slight verbal exchange with the manager and a customer that was standing at the register. Due to the exchange the customer left. Another customer had a verbal exchange because they were charged incorrectly and was blamed because of it. I did place an order and I did get my food but I have to say the communication or lack thereof is going to keep people from returning to this location. I've never seen so many employees who could care less if you come back or not. I will not be returning because I am big on customer service first and because of the customer service I will not be returning to this location.
