Another one of my go-to fast food spots with great lunch deals. Im a fan of the $ 5 biggie bag when I need a qucik meal. The older African american gentleman at the window is very sweet and kind every next I go to the forestville location. He has great customer service

If you go here make sure you check your food , I asked for no cheese specifically, and they put it on there anyway , my drink taste nasty the cup filters and sum type of dirt on them , and when I bit into my burger it was kind of hard with cheese that I don’t like and can’t eat , I called for 30 mins straight and it was like me calling a deceased one keeps ringing but never answering , I called over 30 times still no response, and I’m the type of person that doesn’t do things like this but I’m disgusted on the customer service and the food , I’m telling you guys to not every I mean every eat this unsanitary belittled place

Won’t answer the phone. Like it don’t ring! Terrible management whoever it is. Called about wrong order and for over an hour no one answered. Reported it to corporate tho.

They always greet you with a smile. I only get fries, but they're fresh, hot and seasoned just right.
Waited 20 minutes in line after placing a uber eats order. They gave my food away and refused to remake it. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t go here.

Was there to order a salad and fries i dont eat blu cheese and asked to have the blu cheese removed from the salad they said it comes prepared made the proceed to ask for a ten piece nugget and they told me they only have a four piece and six pieces so i left wont be coming back there the worst

The crew members don’t wear gloves or hair nets on hair and beards. Cashiers are touching money and food with no gloves. Rats are in the restaurant.crew members have a nasty attitude . Was there on 02/12/2025 at 8:00pm
