After enduring an agonizingly long wait at Wendy's, I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Despite minimal customer traffic, the wait for my food stretched on endlessly. It's unacceptable to keep patrons waiting for such a basic service, especially when there's no apparent reason for the delay. I waited 20 mins for my food. Wendy's needs to seriously improve its efficiency and customer service standards.

Didn’t expect much because it is fast food and I never had issues until the other day. A black woman with multiple piercings and long nails served me. They knowingly gave me a cup full of pulp for some reason and was rude to me and refused to give me a receipt. I didn’t notice the drink color until I got home. So disgusted.

Wendy's on silver hill road is always nasty so are the people who work there as while as Pen Mar food is bad burger cooked so hard it's crunchy so service and bad attitude who wants to spend there money on that.
this is a nice little go-to spot for the suitland area, a lot of the ppl at the school eat here for breakfast or after school. jasmine is very friendly and provides good service

Like many other reviews, I’ve had the same experience with the rude staff at this particular location. Even though this location is more convenient I make it a point to never go to this location ever again. This location clearly needs to close down, get a new staff, or a rigorous training course for basic customer service.
