They were absolutely fantastic! I got a great deal on my crabs. The crabs were seasoned to perfection. And i give this place a overall 5 stars.

Worst crabs I have ever had. Smelled bad and couldn't even eat them. They were reheated and tasted like rotten fish. Will never go back

Had the fried shrimp basket with hush puppies and coleslaw. The coleslaw was very good can't wait to go back and try a new basket.

Food was good, but the outdoor seating was simply magical! Quiet, in the shade, plenty of space for kids to move around and dog friendly. Plenty of parking on site.

Love the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Fried Codfish/French Fries were excellent. I was there with a busload of 48 Baby Boomers. Small staff did an amazing job of seating and serving us in a timely manner. The big fun surprise was we had delicious Smith Island 9 layer cake! How often do you find that? Group price for the tour we were on so don’t so don’t know individual prices.

We are from Wisconsin and were visiting family in southern Maryland. We went to Captain Pat’s on a Sunday night with a group of 19 for dinner, in which we of course called ahead and let them know. We arrived and they were ready for us and assigned two waitresses to our group, the orders were taken in a timely and well organized manner, our food came out timely, was excellent and was accurate and the staff was friendly and sociable. Well done by the staff to make this experience great!

My wife really liked her snow crabs, and my fried oysters were equally as good. The cole slaw was another pleasant surprise.

Food was incredible, best crab cake and clam strips I've ever had. Service was friendly and attentive, and the view from the patio is great.

My experience was really bad cause the seafood platter is completely crap, shrimps and scallops were overcooked and definitely cooked in old oil,no sause for this dish also. Overpriced for this size of dish.Our waitress tried to do the best but she couldn't fix the food. You can find dirty places inside the building. The location is awesome im sorry that food in this place so bad. Kids play zone is terrible and also with no cover of the sun. Disappointed.

Now I have been eating at Capt pats for years, my whole family has and never had issues. Last night was for sure a bummer I called in the morning and put a order in for a half bushel of males for 5 pm. We had friends from out of town visiting who never had crabs. Now we live 30 mins away. We went all the way there picked up our crabs and got home and got everything set up and we literally had 20 crabs! I was so upset. I called them by this time it was 6:30, and they didn't even give us a call, yes they had my number. The lady started laughing saying yes your other bag is here. So not only did we have to make that drive back down there, our crabs also sat out for almost 2 hours. That second bag was not very tasty and our whole night was just ruined. Ofc I'm still going to eat there it's my fav place but yesterday was for sure upsetting and ALOT of time and gas wasted

Have had quite a few really good meals in the past but tonight was the exception. I ordered a dozen #1 male crabs for pick up and although there were 15 in the bag...there were only 4 #1 crabs! Not what I paid for! Not at all happy to pay #1 prices and get poor, light crabs!!!
