We came to the Ruddy Duck while in town visiting family so we could have a belated anniversary date.. We had a most incredible experience...our server David was attentive and pleasant without being over bearing...his menu recommendations were on point! The crab dip is stellar...my husband and I got what was on special...he got the crab cake burger with duck fat fries and I got the steak frites...everything was cooked perfectly! This is hands down the best crab cake anywhere. I travel a lot and have been trying the house crab cakes anywhere that has them. The location is outstanding with the dock that you can cruise right up to. The service was excellent. Everyone was so nice.

The duck fat fries are a must, and the crab cakes are made how you'd expect. The au jus sandwich is full of flavor, and the chicken wings are light, crispy, and flavorful. The crab dip is stellar, and the steak frites were cooked perfectly.
