My better half had the shrimp bowl and I had the fish and chips, both were delicious. I have to say the crab dip was just ok, had to search for the crab. In all, we love the place and the scenery is awesome.

Ruddy is a travel destination. Servi e right on the water but when it is cold you are more likely going to be in doors. Food was OK for a grill place and the staff were pretty nice. The actually close at 8:30 pm so plan accordingly.

I have yet to ever write a review for somewhere but i felt this place truly deserves one. Some of the best food I've had in a long time complemented by amazing service. Our waiter had forgotten our appetizer at first which we weren't too concerned with as the portions of food were very big (and every bite amazing) but upon us telling him about it he not only gave us the appetizer for free, but also a free dessert. This isn't where the good service ended however because our waiter was one of the friendliest people I've ever met, really just a joy to be around. He started conversation and was so apologetic when he realized he forgot our appetizer. If he is reading this, I would want him to know he deserves all the joy in the world. Also the food was really good too

We live across the river and try to visit a couple of times every summer. The food is great and the location is perfect for us. We enjoy pulling up to the dock, tie the boat up and off we go to enjoy the food. We always try something different. So far we have enjoyed the specials.

The food is absolutely exquisite! Celebrated my sixth year anniversary at this establishment, which happened to also be the very first restaurant my boyfriend took me to when we met. Hasn't changed! Beautiful scenery and a peaceful/comfortable atmosphere. Not too bright, not too dark & the workers are extremely professional and friendly. It is accessible to all and it's the perfect place for a romantic evening, treating oneself to a meal, or in my case...an anniversary! ? (GET THE DUCK FAT FRIES!) My only little irk is that the crab cakes aren't a good size for the price. So if you love crab and pick that dish just be aware it isn't a hefty size. But still, delicious.Parking: Parking can be a little congested but if you have patience, no biggie.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there was accessibility.
