“My son Aaron is on the extreme end of the spectrum and Kiwi is his service dog. This morning, Aaron wanted to go to breakfast which he never asks to do. Sarah Renae and I go to Double T Diner White Marsh for lunch periodically. I called to see how busy they were and if they had booths available. We got a booth in the back (near that giant TV) our waiter was amazing so was the hostess. Aaron does not like going to eat at restaurants because far too often he's made to feel unwelcome because of his service dog. Let me be clear not telling him to leave and making him feel welcome like every other customer are not the same. Today, he was made to feel welcome. Today, his service dog (Kiwi) was made to feel welcome. After we ate breakfast which he had this huge pumpkin Belgium waffle with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, caramel and chocolate syrup with a side a bacon (only 12. 99) I let him pick out a desert for us to take home then he went outside while I paid. He picked the recess cheesecake for himself and the tiramisu for me. One of the hostesses came and asked how things where and if I was the one who had called earlier. I started to tear up as I thanked her and the staff for making Aaron feel welcome and like every other customer. I think it's important to acknowledge when a business not only does the right thing but does the right thing correctly and enthusiastically. So, to the owners, the hostesses, and our waiter (forget his name) thank you from a mom and caretaker this was a big deal for him. Veronica“

“One of the best little restaurants in the Dundalk/Sparrows Point area. The food is delicious there and the service is great (like being in small town USA).“

“Kind of a weird but oddly cool place to eat. The staff was attentive and polite. I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried the Pancake Stacker that consisted of a pancake, orange marmalade, fried ham, havarti cheese, egg, and another pancake. It was delicious. Also had a side of potatoes and they were good as well. My son had some pancakes. We left full. I thought the prices were reasonable for what you got.“

“My mom and I enjoy this spot. The food is phenomenal. I hope to go here for years to come. I would like to see a handicapped accessible automatic door opener for wheel chair access. The staff provide excellent service. Thank you!“

“Used to be one of my favorite diners around, and I'm a diner sort of guy. But I went for breakfast yesterday, and came away disappointed. The pricing was high for an old school, non-fancy, non-retro diner. Many breakfast menu items that would come with other stuff at most diners were add-on options and not cheap. While there between 2-4 tables were occupied, but despite that the waitress brought the wrong type of toast (mistakes happen... no problem), and compounded that by not coming back to offer a top-off on coffee until I had stacked up my plates and was ready to go.
Was going to give a 3 stars, as I'd rate the three subjects above as 3.5, but opted to go with 4 based on nostalgic appreciation of better experiences at the diner.“

“If you’re looking for a classic, no-frills breakfast spot in New Orleans, Boulevard Diner is a solid choice. It has that old-school American diner vibe — simple, cozy, and welcoming. The menu sticks to the basics: fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, eggs cooked just how you like them, and strong coffee that keeps coming.
The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, which makes it a great spot for a casual morning meal. Service is friendly and down-to-earth, the kind where you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time.
It’s not fancy or trendy — and that’s exactly the charm. Boulevard Diner delivers classic comfort food done right.“
