The Ihop in Dundalk was clean, attractive and comfortable. Service was excellent. There is a large menu and the food was good. Haven't eaten in an Ihop for years but a friend told me to give the Dundalk location a try. I'm glad I did.
Sam most excellent service
We had Sam as our server. He was fantastic! Food was awesome! Try the Dubai pancake

IHOP is a favorite breakfast joint any time of day, known for its yummy food and friendly staff. The restaurant is very accommodating, with a great kids menu and specials for children. Guests have mentioned that it is easy to access for those in wheelchairs, as they have handicapped parking and easy entry. However, one booth was torn and duck taped together, which was noted as a minor complaint.
The experience has been rated highly, with exceptional service praised by many. Guests have enjoyed their time at the Dundalk location, noting that the staff is always friendly and in good spirits. One reviewer appreciated how the kitchen could accommodate dietary restrictions, although there was a small issue with one request that couldn't be met. The food has been described as really good, fresh, hot, and delicious, while service remains fine, despite a minor incident of “mansplaining” by a server.
Vegetarians will find plenty of options, but the restaurant may not be ideal for vegans. They do offer gluten-free pancakes, although there is a warning about possible cross-contamination. Overall, guests have expressed a strong desire to return, enjoying the calm and peaceful ambiance and the kindness of the managers and staff. Specific mentions of helpful and polite team members like Raghib, Mohamed, Neveah, and GiGi highlight the welcoming atmosphere.
