I only gave a 3 because every time I order something isn't quite right.. today I paid for extra meat and extra cheese.. and I definitely didn't get extra meat. I'm gonna give them one more chance and then we have to part ways Joann's.

--- Our visit for breakfast on Army-Navy game day left us feeling completely invisible.We were one of the first to order for dine-in, yet we watched as group after group who arrived and ordered after us received their food. At least 30 orders were called before ours. To add to the frustration, one order was incorrect.
When we asked about the extreme delay, the explanation given (prioritizing online orders) did not match the reality we observed, as other dine-in customers were clearly being served in the order they arrived. It was impossible not to notice the pattern that everyone around us was being accommodated while we were continually passed over.
The complimentary cinnamon roll at the end felt like an empty gesture that did not address the core issue of how our table was systematically deprioritized. The experience wasn't just about slow service; it was about feeling unwelcome and disregarded in a way we've never experienced elsewhere. It fundamentally spoiled what was supposed to be a fun game day.
