Ordered thru Papa John’s app and somehow ended up with the wrong pizza. Called and manager remade correct pizza and got it delivered quick. Order from them all the time and it’s the first time they made a mistake. Appreciate how fast it was resolved.

I didn’t see anyone wearing gloves. I walked in the bathroom and a employee was dropping an atomic bom in the toilet. It stunk so bad.
Unfortunately the reviews are true and we found out by example. Initially we placed an order for pick up, there was an employee who was handling food without gloves on, we get home and find 2 fingernails in the pizza. We called and the following day was able to get a full refund. This would have easily been the end of it because I pulled down my original review and left it at that. A disgruntled employee got our card information from the order and proceeded to use our card to charge orders under it. We are in the process of trying to get things settled but Poppa Johns customer service is unhelpful, they do not take or handle customers services in the United States, all calls are sent out and screened in another country. At the end they told me to file a police report locally and cancel our cards.

I placed an order for a later time and asked for text message updates and my husband just so happened to walk outside and our order was at the door , we don't know how long it had been sitting out there but the pizza and wings were full of ants and cold.. We didn't get a call or an update on that order. Plus our cookies were missing.. I called the store to let them know and they sent the order again and did the exact same thing.. no text updates or called and no cookie! ?

Me an my fiancé just moved into a new home and we’re looking for a good quick meal after a long day of moving. And this papa johns did not disappoint!! It was literally the BEST papa Johns we’ve ever had. First of all it came crazy fast, the online time said 35-45 mins which was fine and it got here in like 20 mins if that. I was shocked. Then the food was hot and sooo good. And the cinnamon pull apart was baked so well. I’ve had it from other locations and it always seemed to be burned or hard. This one was so perfect, soft and gooey !! They even remembered the extra sauces I requested. The delivery guy was friendly and professional. I made sure to give him a nice tip !! Thank you papa Johns and the staff at this location for making our dinner experience tonight one to remember. We will definitely be ordering again. Sorry we would have provided pics but we ate everything so fast !!Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie optionsDietary restrictions: They have gluten free crust

Wow my estimated delivery was 30 mins. It’s been a hour and it’s still not arrived! I call and get put on hold twice now. I don’t live far at all, less then 5 mins but a hour (and counting) for a small order is crazy! Hopefully it’s not cold.

My boyfriend & I ordered a pizza & chicken poppers. We were told it would take 26 to 35 minutes. It actually took over an hour & 10 minutes. My boyfriend tried calling to see how long it would take but was on hold so long he finally hung up, so I called & finally got someone, he said it should be there any moment, well it did come while on the phone, the person then just hung up, without asking if I needed anything else. We wanted to speak to the manager, we were really mad. The pizza & the chicken poppers were both cold. It was not enjoyable. I will never order from them again & I will make sure I tell everyone I know about our experience.Karen
Worst wings I've ever tried to eat ever. Like actually horrible.. idk how the company feels ok sending this to their customers. Like is this even chicken? Seriously..??? I guess it's Ramen for dinner since I just spent $45 on non edible food smdh

The pizza I just got from Papa Johns was probably the best pizza I have ever gotten from there. The crust was so soft and fresh, with a perfect balance of cheese, sauce and toppings. This pizza taste like it was made with pure love!!! 10 ?'s

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered pizza. App said it was ready.Worker tells me it's going to be 3-5 minutes. 10 minutes goes by...15 minutes goes by....finally I hear the workers realizing in the back that they tossed my order aside, thought it was old, and started literally eating it themselves. 30 minutes has went by and I still haven't gotten anything and the most they've said is "Sorry" and a delivery driver offered me a soda while I stand here waiting for their screw up.

Do not want to admit their mistakes ever. Forgets toppings and will not correct it saying its not like that on our end. Eat it or trash it is what they want the customers to do after they make the mistake. Guess that's why they want the customers to pay first. Never will order from here ever

the manager reached out within 48 hours after i left feedback through the papa johns website. The manager was apologetic for what happened and articulated what should have been done differently. I was provided with a store credit, which made me nervous because i could only use at that location. i redeemed the credit for my original order and the pizza came out correctly. tastes delicious.
