Unfortunately the reviews are true and we found out by example. Initially we placed an order for pick up, there was an employee who was handling food without gloves on, we get home and find 2 fingernails in the pizza. We called and the following day was able to get a full refund. This would have easily been the end of it because I pulled down my original review and left it at that. I placed an order for a later time and asked for text message updates and my husband just so happened to walk outside and our order was at the door , we don't know how long it had been sitting out there but the pizza and wings were full of ants and cold.. We didn't get a call or an update on that order. Plus our cookies were missing.. I called the store to let them know and they sent the order again and did the exact same thing.. no text updates or called and no cookie! ?

Me an my fiancé just moved into a new home and we’re looking for a good quick meal after a long day of moving. And this papa johns did not disappoint!! It was literally the BEST papa Johns we’ve ever had. First of all it came crazy fast, the online time said 35-45 mins which was fine and it got here in like 20 mins if that. I was shocked.
