I tried to call about the fact that they put cheese on top of my salad and melted it like mozzarella however I just wanted a mixed salad with chicken.i waited a day so I did not overwhelm the staff they didn't have. Still cutting chicken out of melted cheese by the way. Called the manager on shift and basically was told it is what it is without any reconciliation, I wondered why my parents stopped ordering from them I definitely understand now. Terrible service. Terrible food. For shame.

I have been getting Chef's Salads from Pat's for over 20 years, they were my go to! I have noticed a decline and tonight I ordered my last salad. It tasted good but I ordered XXtra meat, XXtra cheese, and XXtra sweet peppers. It came with the same amount of meat as a normal large salad, perhaps two extra pieces of meat. Same thing with the cheese. The ranch dressing is as thin as water, it easily runs off the fork. The ham was extra salty. I'm sad I won't be ordering from them anymore.

We order from Pat's nearly once a week. The food has been wonderful for many years. However recently the quality of the food has gone down and there is no consistency in the food anymore. The most disappointing menu item we have found so far is their Pats Chesapeake Chicken Sandwich. This consists of 2 giant over sized slices of bread, about a half inch thick, enough crab dip drizzle to make the sandwich sloppy, a few pieces of chewy bacon that bordered undercooked, and the tiniest piece of chicken that was hard and overcooked on the outside. Definitely not worth $13. The pizza crusts are not always cooked to the same doneness. The amount of toppings is also inconsistent. It's very apparent when you order the same single topping pizza each week. We would like to continue eating at Pat's, but the quality and consistency of the food needs improvement.

I ordered the calzone with pepperoni in it and it was amazing very flavorful and I also had a side of the spicy old bay wings and the chicken was crispy but also juicy and the flavor of the spicy old bay was very good everything was excellent

I've lived in Dundalk many years and never tried Pat's until today and wasn't impressed in the least. I got two chicken sandwiches that are served with fries, one crispy chicken sandwich which my son had that wasn't anything special. My sandwich was their chicken chesapeake (grilled chicken topped with crab dip) it was weak attempt especially at a $15 price point, the thinnest piece of I've ever seen short of what's used for a chicken cheese steak and the so called crab dip is a joke. The crab dip was nothing more than cream cheese, mayo and the rest of the ingredients minus any crab or even crab seasoning for that matter, if there was any crab it was very little & minced up so tiny you can't even notice it. Perhaps some of their other food is good but I've had better chicken sandwiches from the fast food joints. Pretty disappointed, it's highly unlikely I'll be returning to try any other food they have.
Amazing gyro, pretty good pizza, but the garlic knots are lacking. Friendly service and DO go for the gyro- top notch. Full of flavor

Although I've seen this place for years, I thought of it as another pizza & sub stop. It was only about 6 months ago that for the first time, I stopped in to place an order. I noticed the considerable sized dining area and decided to eat in. Boy was I glad that I did, & I go back whenever I need a little "me time." This place is so much more than just another "pizza & sub" stop! The dining area is a simple, non pretentious, and orderly set-up. The wait staff are very friendly and attentive. Their food is amazing! Although I still haven't tried their pizza, or subs, I've sampled a variety of other dishes. From their chicken Caesar salad, to their fish, burgers, and of course their baked ziti, everything that I've tried has been cooked perfectly and oh so very good! The prices are definitely surprisingly low for the service they provide. Their bathroom (at least the ladies,) is very clean. This spot is definitely a hidden gem!!
