This location is decent. I've ordered online a handful of times for pickup, and the workers always seem confused every time I'm picking up an order like they can't find it or don't know if it was made yet.

That being said, somehow my order's have always been ready and correct despite their initial confusion(?)

This place does not care how many drinks you pick up they do not supply drink flats. I asked the girl who could hardly speak any english said they no have. Ban this store shop else where till they change the problem. Uber Eats n DoorDash will be advised.

came on monday wonderful young man looked to be in his teens welcomed me with a smile helped me choose my first smoothie to that young man i will be coming back again

I get a lot of smoothie here a lot and I placed order yesterday from doordash they brought my smoothie back and it looked like crap if you guys ever get a smoothie in the Dundalk store ask for the girl named love she makes it so awesome and that is my nickname to her because she makes it with love so when you go into tropical smoothie. So I went back in this morning they replaced my smoothie from yesterday thank you very much Tropical Smoothie

They always have a bad attitude. So many snarky remarks when I’m just trying to get my food and leave. Hate that this is the closest place to get decent food after the gym.

I have a cheese allergy and theyre constantly putting mozzarella on my wraps wen I’ve customized it with no cheese tffff. And I cant use one of my rewards when im well over the points needed

Their employees are very disrespectful and judge mental. I don’t recommend coming here what so ever!! Very foul language and dirty looks! Very smart out the mouth with customers, they also mocked me in their language. The employees also focus on talking to each other more than serving the customers. Definitely not coming back here

Giving this location another try. I went back a couple days ago because i wanted a smoothie with the food i was getting from naz halal but didnt want to drive all the way to Pulaski hwy for it. I am hoping that the experience i had that day is what i will get for now on. The guy awesome guy that helped me was very nice and friendly even though he told me my favorite smoothie is discontinued ( acai berry boost ). Also the smoothie i received ( sunrise sunset) was really good. I will give more stars after i continue to receive service and smoothies as good as that.

If I could leave no stars I would I have come here 2x and both time my order was messed up. I tried calling the store and no answer.

The chia oatmeal bowl was frozen completely solid... completely unacceptable not fresh products and can't even eat when ordered.

The guys at Tropical Smoothie at Merritt are definitely a ?, friendly, always with a good attitude and excellent customer service, an impeccable environment, always clean and the food in excellent condition
