The drive thru line is rough at 5:35 pm on a Sept Thursday. I can't Live Mas waiting for 10+ minutes for overpriced barely Mexican food. There's a Mexican food truck up the road that's barely more expensive than the Bell and the food is ready quicker. Granted they don't offer a gorditta crunch so I'm stuck in this terrible line with no escape. Funny how TB designs their lanes without an escape path for frustrated customers.
The burrito was alright. The service was not only slow, but inaccurate. We were give empty glass to fill and then given filled glasses with they order. Our order took 15 or 20 minutes to get after we ordered.
I ordered a chicken burrito and it wasn't really that good, and way too expensive. I had one at Chipotle for the same price, much better.

Taco Bell is a convenient stop for a late-night meal, even on rainy days. The employees are always super friendly and polite, providing a welcoming atmosphere. However, the restaurant has had issues with order accuracy, with mistakes and missing items being a frequent problem. The ordering system is cumbersome, but once ordering is done inside, it is smooth and the food arrives quickly. Anytime there is an issue, it is resolved in a respectful manner. With a bit of improvement, Taco Bell can continue to be a reliable option for a quick meal.
