Great food. Got the dark meat chicken and creamed spinach with Mac and cheese. Hit the spot!

So thankful that I only ordered a side from this place. They are understaffed and lacking management. I got Mac and cheese (catering order). This is what it looked like when I got home, SOUP. Noodles in cheese soup. The container was sorta cold. Though I could not trust the storage. It’s supposed to be thick. The only thing I trusted to eat was the bread and pie - since they are NOT made in house. Surprised the county hasn’t shut them down yet. I will have to call BM again to get a refund.

Worst order ever, never again. My lesson was learned. Bottom line, the food was disgusting! I should have turned around and left when I saw a cockroach climbing on the wall next to the menu board, but I was starving, so I ignored it. But like I said, never again.

Needed dressing for leftover Thanksgiving dinner. It was okay. Their sweet potatoes dish is excellent. Very tasty, sweet enough! Prices not bad. Dressing needs more flavor.

The manager didn’t have control of his team and they literally told me they didn’t have enough cream spinach and yams the day before thanksgiving which should be the days they should have more than enough to make as much money as possible.

The most unorganized non leadership having place I have ever stepped foot in. What is the point of making online orders for Thanksgiving having a pick up time and still having to wait TWO PLUS HOURS?!?!?! They didn’t have the orders ready, unprofessional, they brought out someone’s order from 2021 ( this is no exaggeration) ; had printed orders but never used them, had us write our names on the back of other orders, and didn’t make use of that list … the large black male that presented himself as the manager went and hid somewhere for over an hour and left one young lady up front to fend for herself with about 12 upset customers ; there was another woman who was clearly employed but sitting in the dining area just being loud and cussing at paying customers for simply asking about their orders. The place is dirty and embarrassing.. please get this place together

Most of there items (despite big photos of them) were out of stock. Mediocre at its best.

The potatoes are awful. It wasn't as good as I remembered from when I was younger a kid

A roach ran across the floor. They had no food other than chicken, the sides had other sides spilled into each other. They have a menu that has a ton of variety s but they do not make any of it just chicken she said. This was a trashy, dirty, gross place. To top it off the air condition costs to much money for them to turn on. The reason you can't afford the air condition is your store is gross and you only sell 25% if what the menu says. After seeing a roach run on the way out I felt obligated to warn everyone. Do Not Eat Here!!

I love Boston Market but this time I was not impressed. I had the chicken, Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes. The chicken portions were so little and looked like most of the meat had fallen off and been left at the store. The corn muffin was very dry, as well as the brownie. My sister went and bought me A chicken dinner. Definitely not the Boston Market I remember. I was sadly disappointed. I don't think I'll be getting them anytime soon, maybe I'll try another location.

Aug. 25, 2022 at approximately 12:00pm, I entered Store 2791, and immediately I noticed that the a/c wasn't working and the door was open with a chair in it to keep it open... which would probably explain why they're were flies near the food. I ordered a chicken pot pie, but when I returned to work and took a few bites I detected that the chicken and filling tasted sour and had gone bad. So, I threw it away. I called and spoke to the manager and she really had an I don't care attitude about my experience. Her response was, "okay". I told her that it was not okay and that I'm out of $9 and not satisfied. I rarely eat at Boston Market for this very reason, poor service, and terrible non-seasoning food.
