Pollo Fiesta, now under new management and renamed El Rancherito Restaurant, serves outstanding Latin cuisine in generous portions. The restaurant has a nice ambiance with ample parking, clean facilities, and Latin music playing in the background. Although the service can be lackluster, the kitchen prepares delicious meals, making it a must-try for Latin food lovers. The menu remains the same, offering dishes like pupusas and chicken. However, some customers have reported issues with undercooked chicken and bland flavors. Despite this, the prices are reasonable, around $25 per meal. With some improvements to the service, Pollo Fiesta has the potential to become a hidden gem.
