Great experience. I did a to go order. When I arrived I did not have my order placed yet. And Haleigh pleasantly came out to ask if I was picking up an order and I politely said I haven't placed it yet. She understood. Placed my order and she delivered at a great timing matter. Was greater with a wonderful smile. Very great customer service. Keep up the amazing work

Very disappointed. I got the new signature dish, chicken parm and fettuccine. The chicken was ok, the fettuccine was more oily than creamy. Hardly white at all. We usually like Applebee's, but after this I'm in no hurry to go back.

Got the all you can eat special, got one plate of each of the three options. They were good. I found the staff friendly, helpful, and attentive and they enhanced my road trip break experience here.
