She didn't serve me the queso cheese sauce I ordered. Stainless steel tables and chairs echo speech.
The restaurant was not clean. If we had seen the condition of the seating area we would not have ordered any food.
Food was good and staff was polite, but serving sizes were small and not worth the price unfortunately. Also the bathroom was bordering on becoming a biohazard, no toilet paper available and the whole restroom was a mess

These employees work hard, even when there are no customers, to keep the restaurant running smoothly. The owner is often seen helping to keep the line moving during busy periods, and they have been known to compliment their staff on their performance.
One customer had a particularly positive experience, where the manager, Chris, went out of his way to address a minor issue with the salad. Chris promptly provided the customer with more lettuce and was polite, kind, and professional in his response. This level of customer service is refreshing and appreciated, especially in a time when it can be hard to find.
