This is the 2nd time within two months that they didn't have sour cream. And today they didn't have sour cream or guacamole. Time to fall back. Next time I am going to watch them make it and then tell them I don't want it.

I am very disappointed and baffled as to why your store always seems to run out of items. After paying $28 for 2 bowls I forgot my Italian dressing. So I returned to the store only to find out they were out...not a happy camper!! Also,stop putting the food together like you're about to slop hogs, have a little more decency.

I drive for doordash and I entered the restaurant at approximately 8 pm ?and the order was not started. Luckily a very nice young lady hustled hard to get it together for me. I'm the only Dasher that uses doordash bags for the orders. Hopefully she knows I'm talking about her but if I can catch her name the next I see her I will put her name on here. Thank you. ?

I would give zero stars, but sadly, Google doesn't allow that. This place is the worst. They constantly are getting your orders wrong even when I've ordered in person. If you order online, half the time to order is not there because it was stolen or they just didn't make it. Go anywhere else but here.

Tried to come in 30-45 minutes before closing to grab a late dinner (and lunch for tomorrow) but turns out they locked up early. Got an unfortunate stare when I got to the door, rough evening.

Growing up, I frequented the Easton Chipotle as it was the closest store to me. It was always a great experience. The food is always fresh and the store is always clean. Unfortunately, I have since moved to Salisbury, MD and the Chipotle stores here are like eating at a completely different restaurant in comparison to Easton Chipotle. The Salisbury locations are abysmal to the point I refuse to eat at either of them. The Easton Chipotle is hands down THE BEST Chipotle franchise on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Kuddo’s to this store & its team for over 8 years of consistently high quality food & service. The Salisbury locations could certainly use your help!
Food good but dirty and cold because of the door propped open. Kitchen did not look clean either. Had to ask to clean a table. I'll never eat there again!
