food was nasty, i understand that it's a fast food chain but honestly this is different...the service was absolutely horrendous, rude people who are taking orders, and besides all that, there were ROACHES literally scurrying and scuttling around my feet, i'm very disappointed...
Well The Last 3 times I have visited the orders were wrong all 3 times.I can not eat Ketchup, mustard or mayo I get deathly sick and I have learned to look before eating, Thank God However the manager was NASTY when I took the food back up & showed her the food & the receipt and said people make mistakes and I do understand this because I have made enough of them myself however it is how the mistake was delt with that was a little upsetting. If you continue with this quality of food it will result in another closure like Cambridge McDonalds. Fries- cold. Fish filet dry and tasteless. Cheeseburgers - laughable.Why has McDonald's been in business so long? Well I would say value and consistency in quality of food. You no longer have this Easton.
