The dining experience was fabulous. Bas Rouge know how to make a dinner special down to every detail. I chose the 3 course meal which was plenty especially since there was an excellent bread basket, a small portion of soup and complimentary macarons. My husband chose the 4 courses which included 2 appetizers, an entree and a dessert. If you're celebrating something special or are just in the mood for a first class leisurely dinner,this is the place to go .
Bas Rouge is a wonderfully European style dining experience.. the attention to detail, the amazing service, the delicious food is a rare experience these days. Can't wait to return!
Quite frankly one of the best high end restaurants I've ever experienced. Very unusual to have such a wonderful place like this on the Eastern Shore. It is equal to or surpasses so-called elite NYC, DC and Baltimore restaurants and you don't have to drive across the bay bridge! I feel so fortunate to have this option out here. Thank you to the chef and staff for providing a truly wonderful experience!
