China Buffet in Easton, Maryland is a popular spot for Chinese food, known for its variety and self-serve style. The food generally receives positive reviews for taste and quality, with above-average meats and seafood, and a good selection of vegetables, salads, soups, fruits, and desserts. Prices are considered reasonable by many, although some customers feel it can be a little pricey for not having premium choices before dinner. The service is described as friendly, with attentive staff and a welcoming atmosphere, though some find the owner unwelcoming. The restaurant is spacious and clean, making it a relaxing place to enjoy a meal, although it can be uncomfortably hot at times. Sodas and iced teas are popular, especially during warm weather. Overall, diners appreciate the fresh food, which is replaced frequently, but miss having a soft serve ice cream machine.
