Whoever the dude that is working there at opening during the week around 4:30 - 5:00am is damn good. He always has my stuff ready and correct - even if I order late on my app, it's still ready, hot and he's holding it at the window as I pull up. I dont really even have to stop my car for the hand off - he's that good.

I came in around 11:00AM.I ordered a iced mocha and half a dozen doughnuts.The girl behind the counter took the time to tell me about the new s'mores doughnuts,Which were phenomenal and delicious!My new favorite doughnut!The cashier was also very nice, pleasant and professional,A refreshing change to the customer service of today!!!I wish I would have gotten her name.Very pleasant attitude, Professional.At the Marlborough Ave location.

I just wanted to post this because the girl working at the window this morning was so kind. She handed me my coffee that was dripping and was so helpful when I said “yeah normally I wouldn’t care but this is a rental car”. She was quick to get me napkins and then offered to throw them away for me. What a sweetie she is! She is very kind and deserves a raise!!
