I was introduced to Sprout when they opened a new location in the State House in Annapolis. Excellent healthy food options. Great staff who are so friendly. I’m going to miss them when General Session is over but will seek them out in Easton.
Since checking this place out, I have become a regular customer, and now come in 1-2x a week for a grocery restock. I have had no time to cook since the new year and had been eating out almost every meal.... but there are so few places around with healthy options. I am so picky about what fruits and veggies, organic items, etc. that I eat, and thankfully sprouts has provided great options for that! The baristas/cashiers are always so helpful and kind to us. Some of my favorites...
I try to stop by every week for lunch as this is one of my favorite places for that. The food is both healthy and delicious. Sometimes, when I go out of town overnight for a race, I will stop by and get a salmon meal on my way. It is a great combination of protein and carbs for a pre-race dinner.
