The food is always pretty consistent but I have yet to eat here without slow service. We've tried it several times and it's always the same thing. There are plenty of great Mexican restaurants around Easton, but unfortunately, this just isn't one.

This was our first time at El Dorado Restaurant. I was very pleased with the atmosphere as it was relatively bright and not dark difficult to see. Nice Hispanic decorations were tastefully done. The service was friendly and prompt! The staff was attentive! The menu had quite a few offerings that I don't normally see in the usual Mexican restaurants, some Peruvian offering as well. The restaurant offers custom-made guacamole made right at your table. You can customize what you want in your guacamole!!! The wife had beef chimmichangas that were simply beautiful to see on the plate along with a small salad and mexican rice! The taste was great! I had the beef fajitas with guacamole, refried beans, and Mexican rice, and all was good. The rice wasn't as flavorable as other rice I've had, but it had good flavor. The fajitas were very good! The only issue I had was the fajitas, although being very good was not made with any tomatoes at all. I'm used to tomatoes in my fajitas. For desert, we enjoyed some flan that was very good! All in all, we really liked the El Dorado restaurant!! We will return again to try more of those many offerings on the menu!!Parking: Parking is plentiful right at the door with handicap access.

Overall this was a good experience. Our drink orders were taken quickly and the Margarita was band-made and delicious.Food came out quickly. The chicken dish was good and the beef was ok. I thought the flavors/spice could have been more prominent - and the beens were just above room temperature. I will still give this place one more try. (because of the Margarita - it saved the day)

The food was very good. Portions are big and filling. My wife likes the food here better than any other Mexican place we've been to on the shore. The salsa wasa huge hit with her. The prices are fair and the service is good. Strong mixed drinks, if that's your pleasure. An all around nice place to relax and enjoy a really good meal.

Food was near inedible, rice was hard (genuinely hurt my teeth to eat it), and service was bad. I’ve eaten here in the past with no issues but after my experience whileI was out with my family I certainly won’t again.

The best part of our dining experience were the chips and salsa and $14 margaritas. Food mediocre. No way is it made to order. One and done.

With all the rave reviews about this restaurant I was anxious to visit this establishment with my wife since Mexican food is one of our favorite cuisines! Upon arrival there was only one waiter servicing at least 8-9 tables with no assistance from Management to assist in accommodating the customers needs. It took at least 15 minutes after seating us for a waiter to take our order. When the food finally arrived the food seemed dry and tasteless with minimal sauce which is not typical when ordering the Chimichanga at other Mexican restaurants. The chicken Chimichanga was extremely dry which made it difficult to digest. Even the salad…if you want to call it this… came without any salad dressing. The waiter never came back to our table to check up on us to see how things were going or to see if we needed any refills on our drinks….he was a no show and disappeared into the sunset. The atmosphere in general seemed so cold and lifeless, there customer service was extremely disappointing for our first experience at this restaurant. We visited this restaurant today Saturday 11/25 around 2pm. Yes, the waiter seemed overwhelmed with serving multiple tables( which was no fault of his own), this was due to poor management and not providing additional servers to facilitate the customers needs. Poor management and the food being tasteless and dry compounded the issue even further. This is an honest assessment of my experience at this restaurant today and I hope Management can make the adjustments internally in an effort to maintain repeat customers. Unfortunately my wife and I will never visit this restaurant again.

Decent place. Food is good. Menu could be a little bit expanded (I'd personally appreciate ground beef instead of the beef chunks). But all in all, okay. The waitress was knowledgeable, friendly and just the right touch.
