This was our first time at El Dorado Restaurant. I was very pleased with the atmosphere as it was relatively bright and not dark difficult to see. Nice Hispanic decorations were tastefully done. The service was friendly and prompt! The staff was attentive! The menu had quite a few offerings that I don't normally see in the usual Mexican restaurants, some Peruvian offering as well. Overall this was a good experience. Our drink orders were taken quickly and the Margarita was band-made and delicious.Food came out quickly. The chicken dish was good and the beef was ok. I thought the flavors/spice could have been more prominent - and the beens were just above room temperature. I will still give this place one more try. (because of the Margarita - it saved the day)

The food is always pretty consistent but I have yet to eat here without slow service. We've tried it several times and it's always the same thing. There are plenty of great Mexican restaurants around Easton, but unfortunately, this just isn't one.
