I got the slaughterhouse brisket today. It was dry and had two large pieces on it but below it had pieces instead of stips. This is my first time there so maybe I'll try that again next time I'm around. The service was great and my food was delivered within seconds.

We ordered wings and a few LARGE sides on the recommendation of family. When we got home the size of the sides was more like a small. Family that recommended them even said that's not the size they got for a large. Wings were really good though.

Howdy! Why 5 stars on a restaurant that's trending just above 3 on Yelp? Because they deserve it based on my recent experience. I'm from Texas, so what do I know about BBQ? Well, I do know what I see and what I taste! I saw some really big BBQ sandwiches and a turkey sandwich with fries. The meat was true to their motto, that you don't need teeth to chew their meat. It was all very tender. I asked for jalapeños & a little slaw on mine. It could have had a little more sauce, but we were eating in the car, so no drips are good for us. The fries were very similar to Thrasher fries without the Old Bay and vinegar. One crazy thing that happened for the food was my score on a 2 lb. Platter of smoked meat that was beautifully pink and lightly smoked. I say score, since it was the day before the Superbowl and we were on a strict time schedule just passing through, and someone there to pick up had confused brisket with beef and they had his platter of beef made. I said I'll take it and we were on time and on our way. Nice people and nice atmosphere in there. Check out my photos, and try it, you'll like it.

Just had their BBQ Swiss burger with mushroom. Man, what a burger. It was such a good burger. It's totally worth it to try.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, good portion of food, came out hot and within 8-10 minutes of ordering. If I'm ever passing through I will try something else on the menu, I did not find the "Smokehouse thighs" to have any hint of smoke or flavorings. The chicken was kind of dry and overcooked. The fries were good, I also enjoyed the NorEast hot sauce, not sure if they make in house. Not sure if the spicy BBQ sauce is house made, I thought that had more smoke flavor than my chicken.

Great Bbq. Everything felt and tasted house made including the sauce. The options we numerous, the meat was well cooked, moist, and spiced fantastically. There were so many sides to pick from I felt like I was missing out by not getting one of everything! The price was a little high, but for the quality I am fine with that.Felt like the fries could be fried a little bit more - but I feel like we have found a new spot to top at every time we drive through. They have Pepsi products!

This place is like it was started from that one guy in the group that says "heck, I know how to BBQ" but can't. Almost like he once took a trip thru the South, had some BBQ and said "I can do that" I had the "sampler", 3 "meats". The sampler didn't include sausage. What? So the alternative was "beef, turkey or ham". Hmm..ok, what kind of beef? "Huh?" What kind of beef? Brisket? Tripe? Tongue? "Shrug" the "ham" was literally dried out ham slices you'd buy from a deli, except this was some sort of dried out, left over sandwich ham.. probably leftovers from a failed catering gig. The sides? Glad you asked. Beans were obviously Bush beans, straight from the can. The potato salad from that same grocery store deli - probably purchased by the gallon then slopped in a bowl. And the privilege of paying 22 bucks for that? Nah, if you want to SAY you ate BBQ, ok. But if you want good BBQ, spend your money elsewhere.

Worst customer service! Didn't receive half my to go order called and spoke to someone that had no idea what to do! No manager and the young lady hung up on me and when I called back placed me on hold and never picked up the phone again! I am not sure what happened to this place but it has definitely changed. Such a shame!

The staff waiting on you is as mean as can be especially especially if their co, workers are gathered to witness their behavior. Food's great and I wanna love the place. I have given it to tries and I give up.
