I am sorry to see low ratings for this place as we felt it is an incredible find-from the wonderful service, to the relaxing ambiance, to the terrific food. This was our first time and we were most pleased that the owner/chef (I'm assuming) came over to greet us and tell us about his specials. I love Osteria and have been there dozens of times over the years w my family. The concept of family owned with the owner in the kitchen and their way of doing things have resonated with me always. My visit recently was disappointing unfortunately. Our party arrived to a full house that night and we were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was friendly, prompt and helpful all evening.
