We went 45 minutes before closing which I hate to do because I am in the service industry as well. We were greeted and seated and our server was so friendly and efficient. I'm sorry that I can't remember her name, but she was great. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious!! Thank you!!

Went to Ruby Ts for their Cupid for Two. The food was good but I personally had a problem with my bourbon chicken. The chef had a heavy hand with the spices. I do not use any spices in my food because of medical issues. They were willing to fix me another entree but I declined. Instead I ate tons of the endless salad bar. Took the chicken home and my son ate it. My SO had the ribeye and it was gone in a matter of minutes. Couldn't use my military discount because it was a special deal. Our server was attentive but not overly so. All in all, a good deal.

Was at hospital with wife who had just had baby and went here to get food ,order was missing sides,and steak was supposed to be medium was a burnt hockey puck asked if they could refund,they said they don't have the ability, what a waist of time ,just go to olive garden. Regional manager was pleasant enough and said they manager who just came in would get me a return receipt, location manager ( Mike i believe never introduced himself came out of kitchen and said I sent it you can leave ,I asked him for the copy as told by regional and then he disappeared in kitchen again for 15 min. Terrible experience. No wonder I have seen less and less ruby Tuesday. The corporation should be ashamed..

We got the pork chop & New Orleans seafood. Pork chop was really a ham chop, very tough to cut & chew. New Orleans had really great flavor but we left hungry b/c portion size was really lacking for all the sides and seafood. Fish was small. A literal tablespoon of mash potatoes, broccoli.
It was clean but very cold ( we had to keep our jackets on). Service was very good. Booth had tears on seat, but clean.
