Waited 20 minutes to be seated with no line. After being seated, 20 more minutes went by before someone came to take our food order. Food was good, but management needs to make sure there are enough people on the schedule to handle service properly!!

Stopped by on the way to the beach. Horrible service!!! Horrible food! Worse customer service ever!! our server had a bad attitude from beginning!!! never came by to check if everything was okay, and when we tried to speak with her, she seemed irritated and was quite rude.
The food was also bad! Old left over bake potato and smelly, not cooked ( as asked for medium) steak! Did not touch my food and she even didn’t ask why! When I complained about food, she just left.
Spoke with a supervisor, hoping to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, she was no more helpful. She seemed uninterested in our concerns and didn’t make any effort to make things right

We were passing through Easton on our way home and decided to give Ruby Tuesday a try. We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was horrible — our server never once checked in to see if we were happy with our food, and when we tried to get her attention, she was rude and dismissive. It felt like we were bothering her just by being there.
To make things worse, the food was really bad. It was poorly made, lacked flavor, and definitely not fresh, ordered medium, steak, and receive a rare steak. When our waitress finally retuned to check on us, my partner was finished and ready to leave. The waitress asked if I wanted her to recook that same steak! Between the bad service and the disappointing food, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Same service, just different management, nothing has changed. Order supposed to be picked up at 1:49. Order was not ready as promised and restaurant was not busy at all. There were just 2 tables of customers in the whole building. I wouldn't advise anyone or recommend anyone to eat here.
We had a wonderful lunch here today and the entrees was very good. The Deconstructed Shrimp Kabobs over rice were overly salty, especially the rice, while the Smokehouse Burger was excellent as always. We absolutely love the Garden Bar, which we added to our meals. Our server Ellena was prompt, attentive, and outgoing. A year ago, we had a disappointing experience, so we didn't come back again until now for one more try. Glad we did, as almost everything was excellent.

Place was dirty, food was cold, ribs were dry, chicken fingers were overly breaded and dry and the shrimp, well not sure if it even was shrimp. Not going back! And I paid 35.oo for that terrible meal.

This place has really gone downhill. Salad bar was not maintained, multiple items on menu and from bar were not available. Only one girl appeared to be working the entire restaurant.
