If you haven't given it a try, you're missing out. The food at Pho Van is fantastic, and you won't be disappointed! Heck, I make up reasons to go to Easton just so I can say "hey, as long as we're here, let's grab a bite to eat."
I ordered spicey Chili Beef and Onions on White Noodles, shrimp and pork fried rice, and fresh spring rolls, the kind wrapped in rice paper and full of cool green as well as cooked shrimp and pork. Served with a peanut ginger sauce. The rice was phenomenal, full of veg, egg, and meat. Perfectly cooked, too!My Spicey Chili with Beef on rice noodles was spot on! Very clean place w/ delicious food! We ordered the crepe (which has a lovely coconut flavor), Pho Tai (large to share), grilled pork over steamed rice, and a banh mi sandwich. Everything was so good! We just came back from a camping trip at Assateague Island and will definitely consider stopping by here in the future if we come to the area for camping again!
