From the very beginning, Nicole made sure we and our guests were well cared for. She personally met with anyone who had special dietary accommodations and made sure they knew exactly what dining options were available to them. The presentation was beautiful, and the food was phenomenal. Our guests are still talking about the cheesecake shooters.
When our original day-of coordinator situation unexpectedly changed, Nicole did not hesitate to offer her help, showing just how much she cares about the couples she works with. That level of compassion and professionalism meant the world to us and helped the entire day run smoothly. We truly felt we were in great hands from start to finish.
Tip for future couples: If you have guests with dietary needs, let Nicole know early. She will personally make sure everyone feels included and taken care of.

Crossroads catered my wedding this past Saturday and did an absolutely phenomenal job! Nicole was very informative and helpful through the entire process and even unofficially stepped in as a sort of Day Of coordinator when we expressed that we were inexperienced and doing everything on our own.
The food was amazing, the attending staff were attentive and we just overall had the most amazing and memorable night. Zero complaints, zero grievances. We are already suggesting Crossroads to other folks that we know are planning upcoming events!

I do wing Wednesday almost every week. No issues. Today my wings were not fried hard like they normally are. They were half cooked. A couple of the wings were still pink inside. I like there wings but I can't eat pink wings

Nicole and the Crossroads team truly felt integrated with our venue’s management, which made the process so seamless and stress-free. Nicole was always very attentive, and we had multiple check-ins throughout the process to ensure we were on the same page and to lock in our decisions. And, not to mention, the food was delicious! We were so pleased with our service and food choices, and we cannot recommend Crossroads Bistro enough. We’ll definitely be frequent visitors to their restaurant too!

Everything from the table settings, to the service, to the timing was just perfect. The appetizers were scrumptious, the entrees were fantastic, the specialty drinks were great and the kids loved their chicken fingers. I highly recommend Crossroads Bistro!
Terrible experience from food truck at Big Truck this weekend. Rude customer service. Never texted that food was ready and 45 minutes later went to check on it. Food was cold and mediocre at best. Would not recommend and hope they don’t come back to Big Truck.

PHENOMENAL!!! Just absolutely phenomenal. Words cannot describe the amount of gratitude and appreciation I have for Nicole, Brian, and the Crossroads Bistro staff. They made my wedding perfect. They catered my wedding on 07/19/2025 and from the start (which was a year and a half earlier) Nicole and Brian were easy to work with and extremely responsive to what my now wife and I envisioned for our wedding. We had 3 caterers that we wanted to taste and meet with and Crossroads Bistro was the first. During our tasting Nicole took care of all of the logistical things while Brian just blew us away in the kitchen. After meeting with Nicole and Brian we canceled the other two tastings and went with Crossroads Bistro immediately. On our wedding day the entire staff was warm, caring, and absolutely professional. Our guests and ourselves raved about the food. I was told multiple times that this is the best catered food that our guests have had. I could not have wished for a better group of people to cater my wedding. Thank you, Nicole, Brian, and Crossroads Bistro staff.
