Wow! Chipotle is typically top of the line, but this was the worst!
My online order was supposed to be ready at 12:45, but wasn’t out until 1:05.
The staff was rude and it looked like they made a 1/2 bowl. Next time we will order out from a full restaurant. It would have been quicker, better service, and proper proportions.
We did online order for 6:15pm pickup. Didn’t get food until 7pm. Staff was overwhelmed and had no leadership to fix problems.
Once we got home 3 of the 4 orders were wrong. People working couldn’t decide what to do and made no attempt to make any offer to fix problems.
