The employees here are rude they don’t listen to you when you tell them what you want and have this rude look that they give you. If they don’t like there job they don’t have to work there. But you need to have some decency and respect

The overall experience is pretty positive food for the most part is fresh they every now and then slip some and you get stuff that could constitute as less than adequate and doesn't fully live up to the freshness label. Is it still edible for sure but when you have freshness labeled all over the place and that's what you tip your hat on it's just a disappointment is all. Plus a couple of times on different occasions they have let off items that I paid for. But...

They are either out of guacamole or queso cheese. Yesterday they were out of lettuce also. Kind of language barrier. Not sure the employees understood everything I said. I love eating there, but shouldn't be out of product and also coke was out.

Vegetarian options: The sofrias, are really good according to my wife.
