We booked our anniversary dinner at Yellowfin at 7:00 tonight, 10/12. We arrived shortly before our reservation time and were told that the restaurant/kitchen had closed early (supposedly because of the weather, but it was only lightly raining). Another employee came out and told us there were no reservations for 7:00 p.m. I showed him my reservation in the Open Table app, but he said there was nothing in their system. My teenagers went to eat here on their own for their first time going out without an adult. They never paid a restaurant bill with a credit card before and wanted to leave the server a 25% tip. They wanted to leave the tip in cash, the server took the cash ($20) and told them to write the amount on the credit card slip. We’ve called the restaurant multiple times to discuss this “issue” and no one has ever called us back.
