pizza was delivered ON THE GROUND. to an elderly disabled woman. no knock, no phone call, no text... just LEFT ON THE GROUND.
Then they tried to blame Door Dash.
this place took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE DELIVERY.
The disable person didnt contract door dash, pappa johns did. they refused to make it right.
