May 2025: Had a party in the fireplace area with about 30 people. Everything was excellent. Pre-ordered food off of the large group menu as well as the regular menu. All the food came out perfectly and was perfectly arranged on buffet tables. This place is just great for planned gatherings and the staff are very accomodating.

Wonderful place to host an event. The brewhouse / barrel room is beautiful, the staff was outstanding, they had drink options for everyone and most importantly the coordinator, Cam McKelvin, was responsive, thorough, professional, and such a pleasure to work with!

Had an amazing time at 1623 Brewing Company! The atmosphere was great, the drinks were top-notch, and the food paired perfectly. A huge shoutout to Bailey, our server, who made the whole experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. Bailey’s service really stood out and made the night extra enjoyable. Highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Bailey...
