I'm a HUGE fan of Dunkin. Iced Matcha Latte, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Coffee, Snakin Bacon are some regular orders.

This Dunkin does a great job. Their drive thru is quick, friendly and they know what we like!

This man refused to take my order, after I waited 5 minutes to ask a question about one of the specials in my app. He just pointed to the kiosk and refused to speak to me. There was no one else at the restaurant.

Be careful of this Dunkin' Donuts. I bought donuts and coffee for our movers a few weeks ago, and noticed that they charged me twice. I contacted the manager to let him know. I explained the situation and emailed him the screenshot of the duplicate change. He said he would look into it. I was patient and kind with him, thinking that it was probably a simple mistake. He never got back to me. I emailed him a few days later asking him to take care of the charge and he said he would. Again, never got back to me. I reached out a third time, asking him to do the honorable and honest thing and return my money.

I will now need to contact my bank. I was hoping to handle this situation in a professional and respectful way. Now, I am not quite sure that it was a simple mistake. I have since moved to another state, but would never go back to that Dunkin' again.

They did not have the seasonal donut and my coffee tasted awful compared to the same drink at a different location. My wrap was also burnt. Wish the quality of items would improve. Staff was super friendly though

Well I ordered a iced Carmel latte what I got for the second time in a row is burnt coffe and water more water taste then burnt coffe a splash of cream so water with a splash of burnt coffe and a splash milk

Since they changed owners, everything has become cheap. I used to be able to get a bagel with cream cheese that would actually COVER both sides of the bagel. They also do not put enough pumps into my coffees. I ALWAYS. Have to ask for extra now, and the coffee seems diluted. They fired all of my favorite workers from there as well and now sometimes it is a struggle going through the drive through to order in English. (One time, they had to actually get another employee to answer my question.) I’m very disappointed as this was my favorite local Dunkin.

Every time I go my order is wrong. Doesn't matter how many times you repeat yourself. It's always wrong.

If you order a sandwich with sausage on it check it before you leave. Every single time I order a sandwich with sausage on it they put bacon instead. I don't understand how they mess that up.

Older woman who works the drive thru needs to learn basic customer service. She never says a word when getting your order, she just hands it to you. No “here you go” No “have a good day” Nothing. Not even a smile. If I was her manager, I would not have someone like that working my window.
