3rd time I’ve come here before 10 to get a McFlurry and is told they are cleaning the machine.
I go through this drive through very often, especially during breakfast on the weekends. The drive through staff is very kind and helpful.

McDonald's in Randallstown is one of the highly-rated locations in the area. The Spanish ladies manage the store exceptionally well, making it the best among the three stores within a 5-mile radius. Customers appreciate that this McDonald's has a play area for kids, which is rare since many locations removed or never replaced theirs during COVID. One customer’s Great Grandson enjoyed it immensely. The staff is friendly and professional, with service standing out, especially from the manager who handles the busy environment with dignity and decorum. The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared, with great Diet Cokes. While there have been some issues like a partially closed box causing a mess and a burn incident, these are isolated incidents. Overall, this location is considered one of the best in Maryland, providing a friendly, efficient, and positive dining experience.
