I can't say I was totally surprised at their fix since Vocelli's has always been spot on with our requests. So, here's the rest of the story...I called in and spoke with the manager who profusely apologized and asked how to make it right. We ended up with no charge for the cold order, AND they filled the next order no charge! Turns out that several orders back (in the summer) we did direct to the front door. We have all deliveries to the side door regardless of food or an online order.The new order arrived promptly, hot, and to the side door! I'm very satisfied with this resolution. This is a business with quality and integrity. Huge thanks to the manager, Yunique(?) for all your help. You're the best!Love you, Vocelli's. ❣️We ordered a large spinach gnocchi pizza with chicken and extra cheese, plus an order of cookies and two Pepsi-Colas for delivery. This is our usual go to order and the pizza is delicious!Since we live in a side door community where hardly anyone uses the front door. It's just easier since the driveways are closer, to always use the side entrance. There is no walkway to the front porch.This time I made sure to tell the Vocelli order taker to make sure to deliver to the side door.Check!After a long wait and no doorbell or phone call, my husband went to see if the pizza had been left on the side porch...nothing. So he went around to our snow and ice covered front porch. And there it was! Our now almost frozen pizza, cookies and soft drinks.I'm at a lack of words to tell how furious we are.First, the delivery person DID NOT follow directions, and secondly, common sense (in case there was already good sense) should tell them there's snow and ice on the porch, no footprints to indicate people had used the porch, and, finally, why the heck would you leave a hot pizza box out in the cold on a snowy porch!?!We had pizza almost frozen for dinner so that wasn't happening. Hello leftovers!I'll call tomorrow and see what management says. We used Vocelli almost exclusively since we moved here in 2019. This service is unacceptable and I'll be talking to the owner or management tomorrow.Any guess on what they'll say?

My favorite small pizza chain is Mellow Mushroom (which is unfortunately nowhere near Eldersburg), but after trying Vocelli tonight I think it is a very close second. I really liked that we could order 1/2 & 1/2 gourmet pizzas, because I won't lie-- mac & cheese pizza sounds gross. But we ordered on a half to try it (other half buffalo chicken) and everyone loved it. The crust was chewey, but soft inside, which is my type of crust. Online ordering was easy and delivery was pretty fast, especially for a Sunday during football season. Oh and the pumpkin blondie-- new favorite fall dessert.We'll absolutely be ordering again!

Really not good pizza. Everywhere I move to, my hubs & I work hard to find a solid pizza place, this is not it. They have a very authentic feel inside which sparked our interest, but basic pepperoni pizza came with crust that's soft in the way that it doesn't hold up to the toppings, and for some reason the cheese is gritty, and the sauce is super bland. We've tried it twice to be sure and it's a no go for us. Unfortunate.

I will never be ordering from here and you all shouldn’t. I called to place an order and was told that the pizza ? place was closed due to a power outage! Meanwhile I was across the street washing clothes watching people go in and out with pizza with power on and a sign that says open !

$27 for a 12” pizza that was sub par. “Home baked cookies” have another brand name directly on the bay. Cookies not even microwaved to be warm. Insane prices. He I as is better and cheaper.

EXPENSIVE!!!!Check out all other Vocelli’s with a different delivery address. A order here is going to cost you $20-$40 more if you get three pizzas and some sides.They block all corporate codes or they don’t work correctly.
