On February 24th 2024 around 6:38 pm, I was met with the most unprofessional, unenthusiastic, and grumpy demeanor I’ve ever experienced from a Dunkin representative. All I wanted was a banana royal. I was met with a grumpy face and reply of “we don’t do that.” She walked off to handle other activities then returned without even a word. I finally asked for a three scoop sundae. She said “we don’t have hot fudge or caramel.” No offer of a suitable alternative. Finally she asked if I wanted anything else, to which I said naw, I’m good. Maybe it wasn’t meant for me to have ice cream on my cheat day?? Hmm…

Stopped in to get our sick daughter a milk shake. The young lady who served us was a delight. Extremely friendly with excellent customer service skills.Un fortunately we did not catch her name. This is the way you do it. The milkshake was great also.

First of all, it feels really dark and dingy in there.I went in for a hot fudge sunday, but they didn't have any hot fudge, so I settled for a milkshake, but there didn't seem to be any ice cream in it. All I tasted in my mint chip shake was milk and it was white (with tiny chocolate debris). It was like drinking a glass of cold milk for $6! I left that ish sitting there and went to across the street to Exxon for some ice cream. SMH I can't wait for Cindy's to reopen

My son was very happy with his Spider Man ice cream cake! The whole family agreed it was delicious! We had 6 adults, 3 kids and only ate half the cake. For a little under $30, I think their cakes are a great value for the size, design and taste!

This was a disappointing trip. My family and I had been craving ice cream sundaes for days but when we got here, they were out of sundae stuff! No hot fudge, no caramel, no whipped cream! We ended up just getting scoops of regular ice cream. Just disappointed and they could have had a bigger sale as we were planning to buy 4 sundaes.

Very dissatisfied with the service today at this location. I have had amazing experiences at other locations this was a LET DOWN. One worker had excellent service, giving a voluminous scoop for a single. The other on the other hand didn't give the right cone and gave minimal ice cream for a double scoop. I do take into account the time which was 9:00pm and that we were a party of six. Still would've appreciated a re-scoop of my order. Otherwise great soft ice cream as usual!
