Cindy’s is the best soft serve ice cream in Maryland!
My only complaint is that they’re not open year round.
PLEASE, if for only limited hours on the weekends, stay open during the so called off season!

Amazing soft serve ice cream
Soft serve cones have drip cups. First time I've seen that. It made my cone less messy than the cup we got for my grandson. We ended up trading so he didn't drip ice cream all over himself :)
