“Absolutely Perfect Catering was such an amazing team to work with for our wedding day! From the start, they listened to ideas and formulated a sample menu that was spot on to the vibe we were going for. Sarah was our lead and she was incredibly responsive, innovative, and organized throughout the planning process. Sarah had helped us coordinate cost-saving options with reusing rental equipment for different phases of the day, and making sure we knew what questions to ask other vendors. We really enjoyed our tastings and final planning meeting, and felt well-informed about the pricing, options, rentals, and timeline for our big day.
On our wedding day, our personal attendant, Zoe, conveniently popped up whenever we even started to form a thought about food or drinks, and the rest of the day-of team made the catering at our event seamless and elegant. We had so many guests comment on how much they enjoyed the food and service both during and after the event! We would hire them again in a heartbeat; and you should too!“

“DO NOT buy any crabs from them. I paid $60 for medium crabs and they were all HOLLOW. I called so they rectify the matter and the black guy that works there hung up on me! Can you believe that craziness? Telling me that it was my problem and they can't control it! He told me that he would not be doing anything and he didn't care if they lost the customer. I will be leaving negative feedback on every media outlet that I can, He was very unprofessional to no only hang up on a customer who who is trying to understand why the $25 small crabs had more meat in them than the $60 medium crabs, but to say he didn't care if they lost me as a customer. Every leg that I pulled out of these crabs I could see straight through the shell. I will never go here again and will not recommend them to anyone!“

“Zeffert and Gold were amazing from start to finish. Lisa, specifically, was so helpful and accommodating. She answered all of our questions promptly, and helped soothe my anxiety. The all-inclusive pricing was very fair considering all that was included. We looked at other catering options, and there was a lot that Zeffert and Gold offered that other caterers did not. The food was so good, and our wedding guests couldn’t stop talking about it. Sarah also was very attentive on our wedding day, and was always available to bring us food and drinks. I would highly recommend Zeffert and Gold to anyone having a party.“

Copper Kitchen and specifically, Tawney, our event designer still managed to exceed all expectations; despite the fact that we had multiple personal recommendations from friends and had had Copper Kitchen's food at weddings we attended as guests. Our guests raved about everything - the oysters, the service (there was never a line at the bar, dinner came out so quickly to all 130 people), the steak, the asparagus, the signature cocktails, the vegan entree - the list goes on. Everyone on the CK team was incredible - friendly, attentive, professional and FUN. Based on the vibes from the CK team, I have to assume that it's an amazing place to work and they treat their employees just as amazingly as they treat clients and their guests. Now on to Tawney... there are not enough positive words in the English language to describe this woman! She is positive, up beat, responsive, accommodating and down right fun to plan a wedding with. She knows when to step in and provide guidance and expertise and was always 100% focused on making sure my fiancé and I were getting exactly what we wanted to make our day feel special. The process was completely stress-free and Tawney worked flawlessly with all of the other vendors. I want to plan another party just so that I can still chat with Tawney on a regular basis! The food, the people, the service, and the entire process to get to the big day exceed all expectations in every way. You need CK at your wedding!“

“We could not be more grateful that BMG catered our wedding. Sandy was incredible with communication from beginning to end. She was very organized, which helped keep us organized lol, and answered any questions we had. The tasting was LOVELY and made us even more excited for the day of.

Leading up to the event, we also decided to utilize their Day Of planner option. Debra was SO amazing. We met with her a couple times before the wedding and that’s all we needed. She was incredibly gracious during the reception and always made her we had what we wanted. She kept the flow of the night running smoothly and was just wonderful to work with.

They were heavily involved from the early planning stages until the event to make sure all our needs were met and to make sure our event went off with no issues. I highly recommend splurging a little extra for the hot chocolate/cider bar, especially if you're getting married in the colder months - this was the highlight of the event! They even accommodated my special cocktail request. We just loved working with them and they were amazing in every way - no complaints at all, everything went smoothly and the food was delicious!“

“MJE Catering is terrific! Used them for the Celebration of Life held for my husband after he died. When I needed to cancel the first date and reschedule, they were very understanding and helpful. Their assistance in deciding on what food to serve was in valuable.
The food was delicious and varied. Both light snacks and flavorful chicken, hamburgers, and side dishes. They came early and set up a lovely service, refilled as necessary, and cleaned up beautifully at the end of the event. Was able to freeze some leftovers and eat them over the next couple of weeks. The food was outstanding and their attitude and interactions were delightful, helpful,, and pleasant. I highly recommend!“

“1000/10!! I booked BricknFire Pizza Co. for my sister’s bridal shower, and it was everything I’d hoped for and more! The display and pizza were incredible, and all the guests we had with a gluten allergy (including myself) were so impressed with the quality of the gluten free crust! It’s very hard to find a gf pizza that matches the taste and texture of a regular pizza, and they nailed it!! I cannot say enough about the service provided by the young men who worked the day of. They were prompt, organized, polite, professional and just generally amazing. Upon arrival of one of the co-hosts for our party, one of the gentleman with the company even assisted with unloading her car and carrying in a boxes of supplies into the house. The service beyond exceeded my expectations and the Bride-to-be was so happy!! “Miriame and her team at Chez Yiamme catered my micro-wedding a few months ago and they did an excellent job. Miriame was friendly, accommodating, and professional during the planning stages. She was extremely responsive throughout and had great solutions to ensure the food was delivered safely to our guests. She and her team ended up preparing individual food boxes for our guests to enjoy. And enjoy it they did! I went with a friend of mine from work (hospitality), and there was only one person working the shop. It wasn’t busy by any means, but she was taking orders, making drinks, and cooking the food. Nothing came out of wrappers or cans. It was a sight to behold. She took our order, crafted our drinks, made pleasant conversation with the next customer waiting for their order to be taken (until she could return to take it), handed us our drinks, took the next person’s order, started making our food, made another drink, took another order, finished up our food, made another drink, etc. Her pace and attitude was enviable, and I found myself respecting her quite a bit. “The curry chicken pot pie is divine !! Seasoned to greatness and an obvious comfort food, especially for this freezing winter. I got a small but it’s a great portion especially for the price. I also got a LARGE strawberry basil lemonade which too is a missile, very refreshing.

Other than the food, let’s get into the service. I originally came for the first time a few weeks ago and was met with a warm smile and welcome from both the cashier and boss. They greeted me the exact same way today; warm, genuine and ready to accommodate. An energy almost as good as the food. “We attended a wedding here. The venue it's self is lovely. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the food was not very good. They served shrimp and crab balls during cocktail time which were terrible. The crab balls were too soft and mushy. The shrimp had an over powering taste of onion and garlic. There were several older people attending the wedding and there were only a hand full of chairs and 2 tables in the room where cocktails were served. At the sit down dinner we were served fish and chicken. The chicken was very dry. The fish was ok.“
