I Stopped by the Drive thru this morning around 11:30. The spicy chicken sandwich was hard and dry as if they cooked it hours ago. Hot wings were undercooked and coleslaw was dry. Shame on me for going back to this one after having issues in the past. I wanted to return it but they failed to put my receipt in the bag. You can't make this stuff up!!

KFC in Elkridge has great customer service. The manager was very friendly and he and the staff did a great job on our order. Will definitely come back!

Elkridge screws up my order yet again!!! I ordered a 16 piece family meal and when I get home I realize that there are no biscuits. I am really starting to think that this location is screwing up orders on purpose it happens on almost every order. I tried calling the number listed on the KFC website and after ringing for 8 minutes with no answer, I finally just gave up. Also, I don't have a reciept with a transaction number on it to reference if I had gotten someone to talk to. I guess I am going to change brands and go to the place down the street from them. judging by the number of 1 star reviews I guess neither the location of corporate cares.
This kfc store the employee so rude and not do their job, so funny kfc pay their salary for rude and not service? If they still hiring not serious person work there, I think this store will be closed in the future, I am door dasher delivery, when i go to this store pick up order, many time the stuff said : we do not have chicken, so kfc sell chicken no chicken in the store, all sold out? Some delivery guy need drive 5 miles go to store pick up order and then stuff said no more chicken can not make order? So funny and crazy , so how can their make business, spend ours time and gas! If the store no more chicken, I will want please you guys offline store door dash app, do not accept order without chicken . Last I wish some kfc manager can care resolve this issue, do not let people not welcome kfc

I went there last week to get a chicken sandwich they didn't have any because they said they were frozen. I got tenders instead and they didn't give me what I ordered and when I called them they were getting ready to close. I went back and they replaced them and they were good

They do not do curbside delivery. There phone was busy or off the hook. Left with no choice but to go through the long drive through. Ordered online due to a large order. Side order was missing. Was original told they didn't know what order I had. They did quickly find it. I had to remind them of the one and only soda to watch the manger over fill and get a sticky cup. I called corporate due to being unable call them directly. Corporate was fantastic and are sending a voucher for the cost of missing item. Even so that doesn't make up for the missing side. I think I'll go to Columbia KFC in the future.

The worst KFC I've ever eaten . I asked initially for fresh chicken And I received old chicken still. Contact the manager explain im stuck on my job and I cannot come back. She said save the chicken I want to see it. I feel like I was robbed out of my money
